Essence Meditation

Return to the infinite you. The you you really are, before the world told you who to be. Your internal source, your essence, your higher self. The you that has never questioned your worth, the you that follows your passions and ease. The you that hasn't abandoned the self to adopt the beliefs or opinions of others.

Connect to the infinite spring of energy and wisdom flowing through you. Pure potential. Infinite energy.

Find a seated position, Lengthen your spine, Release your shoulders, Neck and jaw. Letting the flow of your breath feel really good. Let the breath draw you inward, Deep inside to the place of awareness, The part of you that's aware, Always observing your experience, Your essence, The truest part of you, Older than time, The part of you that remains intact, An infinite spring flowing deep within, Your connection to source, Pure potential. Envision a place in nature, A place that feels safe or magical and beautiful. And as you walk into this space, Waiting there to greet you is your higher self, The version of you in alignment with that stream of essence flowing through you. The you that didn't take on the opinions and beliefs of others, The you that remained true, The you that has been led by bliss and passion, The you that holds the boundaries. What do you see when you look into the eyes of your higher self? Maybe your higher self is a bit wild in the best way. Maybe you feel the deepest sense of peace, The purest form of love. How does your higher self move and stand? Perhaps there's some kind of connection you want to take place. Perhaps your higher self reaches out a hand to hold, Embraces you, Dances with you, Jumps into the ocean, Sits with you in meditation as it starts to rain. Reconnect to that stream inside, Your essence, Your own current of the source of all things in existence, Your connection to the source of it all right here inside of you, Your access to infinite energy, Infinite wisdom, True abundance. Allow yourself to fill with the drink it in overflow. Your higher self is you. And feeling that alignment isn't necessarily going to come through struggle and difficulty. That's what the story has already been. But that alignment with your higher self, Your essence, It's going to be more about letting things go, More about ease, Following what feels good. And what might feel difficult and challenging at times is the fear that comes up. When we know what our truth is, When we hold the boundary, When we follow the thing that feels 100, 000% right, And we know it in our bones, There's still going to be fear. And that's okay. That's the good fear. That's a sign that you're in alignment. So I invite you to come back to this meditation any time you want to. Come back to this place of home and remembering who you really are.
