Let's begin our practice by finding a comfortable place to sit,
Resting your palms face up on your lap,
Closing your eyes,
Tuning in with your breath,
Taking a deep breath in and exhale.
Again,
Deep breath in as you continue to follow your breath.
Just begin to gently scan your body,
The top of your head,
Each inhale and each exhale,
Loosening your jaw,
Softening your belly,
Tension to fade,
Muscle.
Begin our breath into a slow 4-4 rhythm,
4 seconds in through our nose,
4 seconds out of our mouth.
Getting ready to breathe,

Breath in,
That's it now.
Relaxing,
Muscle,
Your tissue,
Surrendering,
Intention,
Spread deeper into a state of peace and serenity.
Receive in now,
In a few moments,
I count,
We're going to take a deep breath in,

In this air,
This light,
This energy to rise all the way up,
Up,
Exhale,
All the way up,
Pause in,

I take a deep breath in,
