Close your eyes and draw your awareness to your breath.
Taking a deep breath in and out.

Continuing to follow your natural breath,
Your natural rhythm.
Breathing in through your nose,
Breathing out of your mouth.
With each inhale,
Expanding your breath.
With each exhale,
Letting go of any tension,
Any tightness,
Any stress in your body,
In your mind.
Allowing your shoulders to soften and your heart to open as you relax deeper into this moment.
There are times in our life when we need to reset our course,
Recalibrate our circumstances,
And establish a new trajectory.
It's in these defining moments when we're being called to let go of who we think we're supposed to be and begin to unapologetically embrace and express all of who we are.
It's in these moments when we're being called to release the stories,
Beliefs,
And patterns that keep us from stepping into our true power.
Yet in a society filled with 24-7 distraction and highlight reels,
It's easy to get caught up in a web of confusion and lose sight of our true path.
For most of our lives,
We've been programmed to reject ourselves as the powerful creators we are.
We've been taught to dim our light and follow the status quo.
We've been told that we're weak,
Not good enough,
And not worthy of success.
But today we transmute these old narratives into an empowering myth of transformation.
Today we liberate the shackles holding us in limitation,
And take back the reins of our life by saying yes to our divine destiny.
This is your time to shift,
To heal,
To expand,
To elevate,
And to rise above the noise and reclaim your authentic soul expression.
This is your time to go within and remember your light,
To unveil your true essence,
To embody your truth,
