Welcome to Ether. Direction of within. Element of transcendence. Awareness. Expression. And unity. Begin your journey. Start by finding a comfortable place to sit. Lie down with your palms face up. Close your eyes. Draw your awareness to your breath. Deep breath in. Exhale. Allow your body to fully let go. Relax. Stress. Worry. Or concern. Space between each breath. Mother of all elements. And the center of our consciousness. We work with this sacred element to transcend the limitations of the human mind. And connect with our limitless nature. Activating our unique cosmology and vibrational frequency. Transmitting our truth. Out into the cosmic field. Pick yourself up with this deep breath. And let it all go. In this journey you will harness the quantum energy of the universe. To access your unbounded wisdom and potential. Allowing you to soar to new heights in all aspects of your life. Following my guidance you will breathe from your roots. Bringing your life force energy all the way up your spine. Into your crown. And then back down the front of your body. In an orbital motion. Four. Side out. This building up inside with every inhale. Sensations wash over you. Deep breathing. Allowing your truth to rise up from the depths. Rising higher and higher with every breath. Fantastic. I’ve practice this type of breath work daily for two years. It’s nice to find someone else that makes guided versions of these with such a creative approach. Your sound selection and production is great. The way the oscillations speed up and slow down is one of my favorite sounds. I’m seriously a big fan and I identify a lot with this—from the sound aspect to the specific sacred breathwork.
