I came to this talk "by accident" when I was searching for something else. What I found here was I was looking for, thank you so much!
The only thing that I found distracting was the background music, I found it hard to understand parts of your talk because of that. It would be helpful if you just turn it down a bit for the next talks/meditations you come to record.
