I struggle with pride and arrogance my whole life. Is it genetic wanting to be better then others. Is it a protection system i build in ignorance. I realy don't know. I only started recently the searche of something that works better for me. And i already find new insights. I will defendly try the 7 days of interacting with compassion and kindness.
