To prepare for this meditation,
Make sure you are sitting comfortably in a soft chair or lying down on a comfortable bed.
I will be your guiding light on this relaxing journey.
Let's start by taking a few deep breaths in through your nose,
Filling your body with soothing fresh air.
And as you exhale fully,
Let go of any tensions in the body and mind.
Take one more deep breath in,
Exhale fully as you move into a more relaxed awareness while allowing the breath to return to its normal rhythm.
Now close your eyes,
Breathe gently,
And let's take a moment to scan the body.
As you slowly scan from the top of your head all the way down to the soles of your feet,
Become aware of any tension in the body and gently release it as you relax deeper and deeper into your body.
Allow the serene sound of the beautiful music to help you relax even deeper.
As you sink deeper into relaxation,
Give permission to your body and mind to disconnect from the outside world for healing and recharging.
Feel the rising and falling sensation of the breath and if the mind becomes distracted,
Simply take note and allow the thoughts to melt away like snow on the first day of spring.

You Feel the sense of peace and calm that surrounds you as you relax deeper into the stillness of this meditation.
Allow sounds of the flowing stream to wash away any stress or worries in the mind as it guides you to a deeper state of relaxed awareness.

Take a deep breath in and as you exhale bring your awareness back to your body and your head to the L cage.
