Welcome to this demonstration of what is known as the boob wreck.
In this exercise,
We will be stimulating our vagus nerve.
Through using sound.
And our vagus nerve is known as that highway of our parasympathetic nervous system,
Which is our rest and digest response.
So it's really very simple.
We are going to breathe in through our nose.
And as we exhale,
We will make a low vibrational boo sound.
So you'll get the hang of it.
Let's try it together.
You may want to close your eyes for this exercise,
Or you can simply soften your gaze.
I will close mine.
And we're simply going to breathe in through the nose and into our belly.
And as we exhale we say Beautiful.
Let's do that one more time.
Breathing in through our nose.
And exhaling on a Now I invite you to place one hand on your belly,
One hand on your chest.
And.
When we repeat this exercise,

Really breathe into the belly and feel the belly expand on the inhale.
And as we exhale really feeling into those vibrations in the chest the face and maybe the mouth Let's do a couple more together,
Breathing in through the nose and into the belly.
And exhaling with a One last time.
Breathing in through the nose and into the belly.
And exhaling with a Bringing your hands back down and maybe keeping your eyes closed for a moment.
Just noticing how you feel.
Any sensations?
See if you can simply observe.
Without any judgment.
Before slowly opening your eyes back up.
Coming back to the space around you.
Thank you so much for practicing with me today.
Be well.
