So let's bring ourselves into this centered space of connectedness.
Seeing the eyes shut,
Just connect to the flow of your breath for a moment.
Notice how it enters the body and how it leaves the body.
And gently and lovingly tell the mind,
This time is for me to nourish my mind,
My body,
And my spirit.
Everything else will wait.
And when we're in this beautiful,
Expansive space of stillness connected within,
Activate the top of your head,
Your crown chakra,
Your heart chakra,
To make that connection to your definition of source.
The collective consciousness,
The energy that keeps planets in alignment,
That is all around us,
Ever flowing.
Deepak calls it the field of infinite potentiality.
Embrace its expansiveness and feel yourself one with it,
Simply by intention.
Each flow of breath,
This beautiful thing that sustains our life,
Makes it very easy,
Effortlessly to connect.
We draw this energy in.
We exhale what is no longer needed.
And when channeled and used in your stillness practice,
You can fill that breath,
Whatever you intend.
Here and now,
We're choosing to activate our collective meditation,
Soul to soul.
Everyone in this room,
And everyone connected in this moment in time.
Feel and allow yourself to soften in to this beautiful,
Blissful connection.
Encourage the flow of the breath to deepen if you have a tendency to breathe shallow.
Encourage the breath,
Place the intention to go deeper.
Without struggle,
Just with focus.
I love the statement,
I breathe in the fullness and richness of life and imagine the airways in my lungs ever expanding.
And I imagine exhaling all that doesn't serve me.
All that was absorbed previous moment in time,
Earlier in your day,
Earlier in this evening,
Previous moments ago.
This is the moment to be lived.
Here.
Now.
Relish it.
Remember to check judgment at the door.
There is no right,
Wrong,
Good or bad.
There is no mastering.
There is only here and now.
Living with self,
Loving self,
And acceptance of self.
Embracing a sense of contentment here and now.
In this moment in time.
Encourage the body to let go of anything that it's holding onto.
Feel it soften yet again.
The mind wanders off lovingly and compassionately steer it back.
Remember to not hold any judgment,
Criticism,
Just acceptance and awareness.
Encourage safety and security.
This is your safe zone.
This is your secure zone.
All the answers lie within and you are your own best expert.
A few minutes will roll into the meditation portion.
Keeping this intention of connectedness,
Settle in as we explore where is your bar set.
I want you to explore with truth,
Love,
No judgment,
Time together here.
Are you settling for less than your dreams?
Have you rationalized a situation or a life experience?
Do it's okay.
It's good for now.
Remember there is no right,
Wrong,
Good or bad.
These are self exploratory questions.
When you spend time in stillness we are fostering a sense of awareness.
Are you settling for less than you truly desire?
Or do you believe that this is all you deserve?
Do you say things to yourself like I can't afford it?
I could never accomplish that.
I'm too old to do that.
That's not me.
Today we want to lovingly begin to explore where your bar is set for yourself.
And notice the negative self talk that perpetuates certain patterns and cycles in your life.
How do we accomplish changing these thoughts and feelings about ourselves?
We do it by examining and spending time in stillness like this.
Free of judgment and accepting and really looking at ourselves.
How do we truly see ourselves?
See the unconscious mind is where our thoughts and feelings can either create or block your heart's desires and your ability to manifest these dreams,
These desires into reality.
When you're exploring in here notice if you have feelings of worthiness or deep seated beliefs that you don't deserve to achieve your dreams.
Or do you feel great guilt for having these desires?
Do you somehow think you're not a good person for having these dreams or desires?
And do you see manifestation as a reward for only good behavior?
Well who defines good?
If so,
Why do you feel this way?
This is the bigger question.
So drop all judgment,
Negative self talk,
Criticism and stand in truth.
Awareness is power.
Power to evolve.
Power to change,
To transform,
To accept,
To be here and now and know what you desire to move toward.
Just explore lovingly and gently in this meditation as we open up the heart chakra.
I feel like that's where our heart's desires lie and part of our truth,
Our authenticity because our feelings stem from what's at our heart.
And as you explore this programming and beliefs,
Possibly instilled since your childhood,
Possibly instilled in vitro and what society makes your reality.
But know you truly deserve happiness,
Healthiness and wholeness.
This is your God given right.
You don't have to earn that.
You do not need to compromise.
You need only let go of fear,
Worry and disappointment that act as inhibitors.
Let's begin our meditation.
Check into the rhythm of your breath.
Bring the breath rhythm into your heart chakra center of your body.
And sense your heart chakra like a rose which is about to open.
It has a delicate fragrance.
Its outer petals are spring green.
And your rose is a beautiful pink.
A delicate rose.
The colors actually carry a vibration.
Can you feel it?
It's as though they're translucent.
Fear all.
With each in breath and out breath,
The petals unfold releasing more and more of its beautiful fragrance.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Feel the heart centered rose.
The vibrational colors and the fragrance.
Around your body.
Feel it surround you.
Feel the heart center pulsating and turning.
As the movement finds a steady rhythm and the color and the light increase.
What comes to mind?
What does your heart desire to express to you here and now?
Ask.
It is given.
It is given.
And as you explore that desire,
Whatever comes to mind,
With no judgment,
Silent witness to your own questioning,
Detachment.
You find yourself becoming emotionally embroiled in it or attached.
Simply remove yourself.
Explore it.
How do I feel about this desire?
What feelings come to mind?
Am I fearful of pursuing it?
Do I feel great guilt,
Anxiety,
Worry?
Or does it feel really good?
When I'm connected to that desire,
Does it feel joyful?
Does it feel complete?
There is no right,
Wrong,
Good or bad answer to this question and don't create something that isn't there.
If you're not feeling happiness,
So be it.
We want to explore it with detachment and understand.
Wow,
I didn't know I had that desire.
Or whoa,
I've kept that desire really deep stuffed in there and I really don't want to look at it because it's not right,
It's wrong.
Who says?
And whose definition of right,
Wrong and what standard are you living in?
Where is your bar set?
Somebody else's setting or your own?
Explore it with love and compassion.
See it for what it is.
If it's something you'd like to pursue,
You're ready to take action.
Own it as though it's your reality.
Allow that desire to come forth.
You can even write it down later on tonight.
Find the picture and put it visual in front of you.
Feel the vibration,
The pulsating here at your heart center as you think about this desire.
And feel this rhythm link with the central rhythm of the universe,
With the rhythm of the earth,
The air.
Remember,
You are an unlimited being,
Part of this collective consciousness of all that is,
The field of infinite potentiality.
Sky is the limit.
If it's your dream and your desire,
Pursue it.
Real self-worth comes from the recognition,
The inherent goodness of your own being.
You don't have to earn anything or be judged.
Just be with your true authentic self and allow the heart to speak.
The world is your oyster when you're connected to the pure,
Simplistic,
Spiritual being that you are in human form.
Knowing your true self,
Free of judgment,
Feel yourself in the flow,
In the flow open to receive.
When you encourage the heart to live open,
Connected,
Pulsating,
Lining up to create in your life experience,
Attracting that same vibration you're kicking out.
Checking in.
How do you feel in this moment in time,
Connected here at the heart?
What are you feeling physically in your body?
Checking in a body scan,
You can go head to toe,
Toe to head.
Is there any part of the body that aches?
Does tension hurt?
Or is everything feeling fluid?
Mentally,
Where are you here and now?
No judgment in that.
If you haven't been present for the whole meditation,
So be it.
Awareness is power.
Why do you think you flight,
You know,
Checked out?
If you're mentally engaged and feeling the vibration,
Recognize this channeled energy and manifest all your dreams.
Mentally,
Where are you?
Awareness is power.
And lastly,
Emotionally,
What am I feeling emotionally?
Here and now,
Can I define it?
Is it childlike getting met?
Apprehension?
Downright fear?
Sadness?
Joyfulness?
Optimism?

Feeling the connection at heart center.
Feel the vibration and allow it to envelop you and then leave you like a fragrant perfume.
Like a scent.
Every place you walk,
This vibration leaves an imprint.
You're a vibrational being.
Your vibration leaves an imprint wherever it goes.
What do you want to be vibing?
Choose unconditional love as you process these emotions,
These desires,
These feelings.
Apply that same love you would give to something else or someone else to yourself.
Breathe in and feel self-acceptance,
Unconditional love,
The wellspring of invigoration,
Replenishment.
Breathe out anything that isn't aligned.
This a few times.
And through the rhythm of your breath,
Return to awareness of your body.
Your contact with the ground.
And your surroundings.

I rarely choose meditations this long - what a treat to find a long relaxing intro. By the time I got to the meditation itself, I was very relaxed and went very deep - to the point that I was surprised when it was over! Thank you. 🙏🏻

Was pleasantly surprised that this was not a podcast. It was so much more than that. A beautifully guided meditation to go deep into the authentic self; to explore, become aware & embrace the desires that will lead to wholeness of self & soul by connecting with the universe's vibrations. I recommend it for anyone who has self-doubt, feels or knows something is missing in their life & is settling for less than they deserve. Well worth the time!
