Hello and welcome to this meditation for projectors.
This meditation is designed to guide you to embody the projector energy type and empower you with the gifts of this design.
Projectors are the insightful guides of the collective.
With your keen ability to see into people,
Systems,
Circumstances,
And problems,
You innately know how to make things better,
More efficient,
And optimize.
As the seer,
You are here to guide the energy use of others,
Not necessarily expend your own.
The recognition of your genius is required for your insight to be invited and accepted by others.
By following your intriguing fascinations and openly sharing them,
You attract the invitation for your guidance and wisdom.
Let's start this practice by arriving in your comfortable meditation position,
Whether in a comfortable seat,
Cross-legged,
On your knees,
Or in a chair,
Or even lying down on the floor,
In your bed,
Your couch,
Or your recliner.
Whichever position you choose,
Keep the spine nice and long.
If you are seated,
Ensure the crown of the head is lifted towards the sky as your tailbone is rooted into the support beneath you,
Landing in a position where the spine is unobstructed so you can take a nice,
Full,
Deep breath.
Close down the eyes or soften the gaze.
Start by taking gentle movements to unwind any lingering energy.
Feel free to get any fidgets out,
Maybe rolling the neck or wrists.
Move your body however you need to,
Then eventually settling into stillness.
As you wind down your body and mind to prepare for meditation,
Notice where in your body you may be holding on to any tension or stress.
Mindfully soften the grip of the jaw.
Relax the shoulders.
Loosen the ribs and soften the belly so you can just float naturally with the breath.
Relax the hips and pelvis.
Unclench the legs and feel the lower body get really heavy.
And let's begin to clear and reset with the breath.
Start with a deep,
Full inhale through the nose,
Filling up the ribs and the belly.
And open mouth sigh as you exhale completely.
Feel free to make any sounds that you need.
Take another expansive inhale through the nose,
This time hold it at the top for just the sip.
And exhale,
Big release out the mouth.
One more,
Inhale through the nose completely,
Take a little extra sip of air at the top.
And full exhale out,
Let it completely go.
Return to your natural rhythm of breath.
And just notice where the breath is naturally circulating in your body right now.
We'll begin to modulate the breath to support your energy as a projector.
As a projector,
You may accumulate the energy of those around you.
In order to clear out what is not yours,
We will practice a three-part breath to cleanse and release.
For this breathing pattern,
We will be inhaling in three parts.
Inhaling just through the nose,
We will inhale a third of air to the belly,
Another third of air to the chest,
Then the final third of air to the throat.
Then we will take one long,
Full exhale out the mouth to clear.
I'll be guiding you through it all.
Let's reset the breath by exhaling all the air from your lungs.
Take a full inhale through the nose.
Another complete exhale out the mouth.
Next,
Inhale through the nose for three-part breath.
Inhale a third of air to your belly.
Inhale another third of air to the chest.
Inhale that last third of air to the throat.
And release one long exhale out the mouth.
We'll do this for a few rounds all together,
Preparing for your next inhale for three-part breath through the nose.
Inhale a third of air to your belly.
Another third to the chest.
Last third to the throat.
Open mouth exhale,
Maybe making an O shape to press the air out.
Again,
Next inhale a third to the belly.
Next third to the chest.
Last one third of air to the throat.
And one long exhale out the mouth.
Make that O shape.
Feel this exhale clear your energy field.
Cleansing your aura.
Releasing any bitterness.
Next,
Inhale a third to the belly.
A third to the chest.
Inhale that last third to the throat.
And release one long exhale.
Removing anything that isn't yours.
You can let it go.
We'll take one last round of breath just like this.
Inhale a third of air.
Inhale another third.
Inhale that last third.
And release one long exhale.
Maybe hold it at the bottom for as long as feels comfortable.
Feel completely reset and return to your own inner resonance.
Settle back into your natural rhythm of breath.
With those easy and smooth inhales and exhales.
As you feel more settled in the body and mind,
Gently guide your awareness to the energy field surrounding your body.
This is your aura.
Hovering and encompassing all around you.
Notice what you intuitively sense here.
Notice the quality and texture of your aura.
Is it receptive?
Is it focused?
Is it penetrating?
Do you feel your aura reaching into the people,
Systems and projects surrounding you?
Without overthinking,
Just sit with the awareness of the energetic space that surrounds you.
About 12 inches off of your skin.
Now envision yourself standing in front of a mirror.
Instead of seeing your body in this mirror,
You see just your aura.
Notice the color,
Shape,
Quality and texture it takes on.
As a projector,
You may tend to see into others so well that you forget to see into yourself.
Take a moment as you gaze in this mirror to acknowledge how insightful you are.
Knowing what life advice to give.
Seeing optimized solutions.
Guiding others efficiently.
And simply already knowing the answers.
Also recognize that because you can see others so deeply,
They are not ready for you to expose what they are not ready to see in themselves.
Instead of forcing your guidance onto them,
Take a royal step back and recognize yourself instead.
Preventing bitterness by waiting for the invitation for your advice or guidance.
You can experience success when you are empowered by your ability to control when to step back or when to step in.
Continue to gaze at your perceptive aura in the mirror.
Then see deeply into a gift that only you uniquely have.
Repeat three times at your heart space,
I love that I have the gift of blank.
Fill in the blank with whatever arises.
As you continue to gaze in this mirror,
Spend the next few moments recognizing yourself.
Seeing your true essence and energetic imprint.
Remembering that by recognizing yourself first,
Others will naturally recognize you too.
Now bring your awareness to the part of your body,
Your insight and ability to see feels the strongest.
Maybe it's your third eye,
The space between your eyebrows,
Your heart,
Your emotions,
Or this quiet inner intuitive sense or voice.
Tune into your gift of seeing deeply.
This gift of seeing is meant to be shared through your wisdom,
Not your time.
Because your sacral energy center is undefined,
You do not have consistent energy to complete tasks or do work all the time.
Honor your energy levels,
Trusting that you are innately capable of working smarter,
Not harder.
Respect your need for sacred rest.
You actually achieve greater success by listening to your inner rhythms.
The more you try to do and keep up,
The more you burn out.
The more you burn out,
The less the world can receive your deeply profound and necessary insights and guidance.
Begin to see yourself gazing at your aura in the mirror again.
This time,
You are holding a spotlight and shining it right in the mirror.
Allow yourself to be fully seen,
Focusing the spotlight on yourself by recognizing how deeply special you are.
Wherever you point your spotlight or direct your focus,
You draw in others and attract more of whatever you focus on.
Notice what arises as you continue to shine your spotlight in the mirror at yourself.
Feel safer with the spotlight on you,
Safe to be seen,
Safe to genuinely share what fascinates you,
Knowing that you do not need an invitation to be heard and seen.
This strategy to wait for the invitation applies for direct life advice or guidance.
Now turn around,
Away from the mirror,
And continue to hold the spotlight.
This time,
You are pointing the spotlight on the stage of your life.
On this stage are the people,
Clients,
Systems,
Projects,
Or groups that have already invited you to guide them,
Either verbally or implicitly.
Imagine yourself looking down on this stage from afar.
Using your spotlight to show others where on the stage to go,
To keep the stage and show of life running smoothly.
The people on the stage have trusted you with the spotlight to guide them,
Already recognizing your unique talents and inviting you to show them where to go,
Where to use their energy.
They trust your vision because you have an elevated view on the stage of their life.
This elevated view is your gift as a projector.
Continue to direct your spotlight,
Naturally and intuitively,
Showing them the way.
How does it feel in your body to be recognized,
Trusted,
And invited to guide?
Now begin to turn the spotlight around,
Directing it back on yourself in the mirror.
Take a moment of gratitude for your unique insights as a projector.
Share this gratitude deeply with yourself.
Take these final moments in your meditation to truly see,
Feel,
And embody your own magic and wisdom.
Very slowly begin to deepen the breath,
Reawakening the body gently through the motion of the breath alone.
Then softly invite movement back into the body,
Maybe wiggling fingers and toes one at a time,
Eventually rolling out the head and the neck.
Whenever you are ready to close your meditation practice,
Gently open your eyes,
Pause,
And take in the space around you.
