In the moment, I am always young. I see the future and what can become. I see brilliant joy, work, achievement, love, and happiness. I see goodness before me always. I see now as a new moment that has never been.

In the moment I am always young, I see the future and what can become. I see brilliant joy, I see work and achievement and love and happiness, I see goodness before me always. I am young in the moment forever. I see now is a new moment that has never been and so too I have never been. I can be anything I choose to be. I can do anything I choose to do. The only limitation is limitation I set for myself from the ultimate self which has ultimate knowledge and knows what is best for every moment. For every moment has its perfection, Its highest agenda, Its best result. I live in the moment and live forever. I am young and I am old. I have been and I will be. Today this moment does not yield to any other. What has been is gone, What will be has never been. All we have is now and that is all we ever needed and that is all we will ever have is now. To be young, To be old, To be wise, To be patient, To be joyous, To be ourselves, Our highest selves, Our ultimate self.
