
Midday Reset
The time to meditate is often when it seems most unlikely. The middle of the day, when most of us are very busy is when we can derive the most from meditation. Wherever there is resistance there lies the greatest potential for growth. In the midst of the greatest stress and pressure, stop, take control through breath, by closing one's eyes and recentering ourselves around our core truths and essential goodness. The benefits from these short meditations at the right time are inestimable.
