If you'd like to,
Loosen up the body,
Stretching in any way that feels good as you find your way into a comfortable and relaxed,
Still position.
And closing the eyes.
Feeling the whole body at once.
Noticing the breath,
Moving smoothly.
Noticing yourself slowing down.
Entering this moment.
Asking yourself,
How does this moment feel?
Without needing to judge the way that you're feeling.
Good or bad.
Letting go of all that and simply feeling.
And noticing the state of your mind.
Feeling the whole area around the top of the head.
Telling your mind,
I see you,
I value you,
I thank you.
And now I give you permission to take some time off.
To rest.
Giving you permission not to have to think about anything at all.
Enjoying the space of nothing.
The space of just being.
Existing.
And in this space,
I invite you to bring in the word,
Confidence.
Notice how the word,
Confidence,
Makes you feel.
Do you feel confident?
Noticing the breath.
As you explore the feeling of confidence.
And asking the question,
Why wouldn't I feel confident?
Maybe I don't feel confident because I compare myself to other humans,
Other people.
And maybe I've developed a story that I'm not as good as they are.
I invite you to realize that this is a silly story.
This is a story that makes no sense.
Because it's impossible to compare two human beings.
Even though people do it all the time.
You can't put lives on a spreadsheet and say this one is better than that one.
We don't know what it's like to be anyone except for ourselves.
Sometimes the mind thinks that it knows,
Oh,
That person is amazing.
I wish that I could be like them.
We don't know what it's like to be them.
And we don't know what it's like to be us.
And what I am is amazing.
And I can be confident in knowing that.
Without needing to compare myself to anyone.
That doesn't matter.
I'm confident because what I am is amazing.
And everyone else is allowed to feel that way too.
And I'm going to give them permission by providing them an example of what a secure,
Confident person looks like.
Noticing the breath.
Feeling the whole body at once.
