Connect with the body,
And let's connect a little more deeply with the body.
Feeling the top of the head.
Notice if you can feel the very center point on the top of the head.
And feel inside of the whole head.
Feel your entire face.
And feel the back of the head.
Notice if you can concentrate on the center point of the back of the head.
And connect with the breath.
Feel the throat and neck.
Maybe sending the throat some love.
And feel the shoulders,
The armpits,
Upper arms,
Elbows,
Lower arms.
And feel both of your hands.
Notice the breath.
Feel the chest.
Maybe focusing on the heart.
And send some love to your heart.
And feel your ribs,
Your belly,
All the organs.
Feel your upper back,
Mid-back,
Low-back.
And allow the mind to travel up and down the length of the spine.
Sending love to your spine.
Feel the very bottom of the spine,
The tailbone.
Feel the entire pelvis.
Feel the entire spine.
Breathing.
And feel the upper legs and the knees,
The lower legs,
The ankles,
The tips of the toes,
The bottoms of the feet.
Connect with the breath.
Feel the entire body and mind present.
Breathing.
Healthy.
Alive.
