Sitting or resting comfortably,

Close down the eyes,

Bring your attention to the space in between the eyebrows.

Notice if you're furrowing your brows and see if you can create a smooth,

Open,

Receptive space here.

This is the Ajna,

The portal of the third eye.

Now,

Call in your sense of imagination as you visualize yourself as a young child.

See your small body full of wonder.

See your face,

Your smile,

Your desire to play,

Be curious,

Find magic.

As you hold this memory of your young self in your heart,

Feel your body becoming filled with this experience.

Remember back to the things that brought you great joy,

Beauty,

Awe,

And hope.

Allow this memory to fill your heart.

Still holding this image of yourself as a young person,

Allow yourself to recall some of the biggest trials and challenges you have experienced.

The first time you fell and hurt yourself.

The first time you felt your heart broken.

You may place a hand on your heart as you remember the tenderness of these moments.

And now,

Remember the lessons that came along with your first experiences of pain.

Everything you learned about your life as a product of those very challenges.

See this wisdom integrated and held in your body,

Even today.

See how these trials have shaped you into the person you are.

Allow yourself to find some radical gratitude for these trials and lessons.

Pause and find a few clearing breaths.

Connect back to this present moment,

To the feeling of your third eye.

Clearing the images of past and present.

Welcoming a vision of your best possible self five years from now.

See that embodiment becoming alive before your very eyes.

The textures and colors of who you will be.

Trust that this transformation is already beginning to take form.

See the way you dress,

Stand,

Walk.

See your skin,

Eyes,

And hair deepening in beauty.

Listen to the way you speak.

The quality of wisdom and maturity that guides you forward.

Pause and bask in adoration of this image of yourself.

Giving gratitude for this gift of your life.

Allow yourself to stay and commune with this older version of yourself for a little while.

Listening to receive any wisdom,

Any insight that may be offered here.

When you're ready,

Take a few deep and clearing breaths.

Bringing awareness back into your body.

Feel the completeness of who you are right now.

Marvel at the layers.

You are experiencing deep time.

Here in the flow of your life,

Past,

Present,

And future coexist in this moment.

Here we connect with deeper insight and trust life to unfold in its own time.

You may stay patiently with this journey.

Gathering all parts of yourself until you feel a sense of completion.
