Very effective! I was intrigued to note that while the shifts in frequency patterns were quite noticeable, they changed quickly yet fluidly and the change was not disruptive at all. For other potential listeners - be aware this does not contain any music nor supplemental sounds (nature, ambient, etc); it is a pure tone track which doubles as a highly effective noise cancellation recording as well.
The fade (one of my main areas of focus, as my reviews of other tracks may have already highlighted) is excellent here and though the recording ends almost immediately after the fade, I could not detect any end clipping whatsoever - nicely done! 😁
I was reading a book on organizing solutions for people with ADHD as I listened to this. I have owned two previous copies (lent out and never returned), long-term borrowed my mother's copy, and finally purchased another copy for myself. I know the contents fairly well. However, while intending to this track, I was able to actually read and retain the information in the various sections I had previously skimmed over, and more impressively, I was able to read sections straight through rather than skipping around or being distracted by something and needing to stop and write a note to myself (requiring a longer pause to hunt for paper and writing utensil). This is very encouraging, as I have a number of books in progress that I would like to complete, as well as a self-paced class that has gone untouched for a couple months due to lack of focus.
I am adding this track to the short list of helpful concentration and focus recordings that I use to "get it done" when I must. One is an entireusical album that I have used since the early 1990s ("Optical Race" by Tangerine Dream) and a handful of tracks here, three of which are from this recording artist. ☺️ Bookmarked and downloaded.
