This meditation uses sub-delta frequencies. This sub-delta meditation calms the part of the brain which manages blood pressure and stress response. By calming these structures, your blood pressure and sweating should decrease. Your muscles should relax, and your hands and feet should warm up. Find a quiet place, in a chair, or lying down. Close your eyes and follow the beats.

This is helping so much with my pain related hypertension. I try to focus on the background heartbeat type sound. May I ask what frequency this is set to? I’m interested what frequency is good for high blood pressure.

Enjoyed it. It was a new and different type of experience and it was calming. I don’t know if my blood pressure went down but I did feel better. Next time I will take a before and after measurement.
