Healthy Blood Pressure Support Meditation

This meditation uses sub-delta frequencies. This sub-delta meditation calms the part of the brain which manages blood pressure and stress response. By calming these structures, your blood pressure and sweating should decrease. Your muscles should relax, and your hands and feet should warm up. Find a quiet place, in a chair, or lying down. Close your eyes and follow the beats.
