Hello and welcome back.
Let's begin by taking a moment to notice how your body has chosen to settle today.
There is nothing you need to change or improve.
As you become aware of your breath,
Allow it to move in the way that already feels natural to you.
No effort,
No correction,
Just noticing the gentle rise and the soft release.
You might notice the breath flowing in through your nose,
Or the mouth,
Or simply moving through the body in its own quiet rhythm.
Each breath becomes an invitation,
Not to do,
But to receive.
With each exhale,
You may sense the body giving itself permission to soften just a little bit more.
There is nowhere else you need to be,
Nothing you need to figure out,
Just allowing this moment to hold you.
Now gently bring your awareness to the top of your head,
Noticing any sensations there.
Coolness,
Or perhaps neutrality.
As your awareness slowly moves downward,
Your forehead,
Your eyes,
Allowing the muscles around the eyes to soften as they no longer need to stay alert.
Releasing any quiet holding.
The neck and shoulders,
Often carrying what does not belong there,
Are now allowed to gently loosen as if gravity is doing the work for you.
Awareness drifting down through the arms,
Elbows,
Wrists,
Hands,
And fingers.
Each place receiving permission to rest.
The chest,
Noticing the natural movement of breath here.
The heart area,
Not needing to open or close,
Just being acknowledged.
The belly,
A place of intuition and knowing,
Softening,
Allowing.
The hips and pelvis,
Grounding,
Supportive,
Steady.
Fully supported by whatever is beneath you.
As the body settles as a whole,
The mind may begin to follow.
Drifting,
Floating,
Descending into a calm,
Receptive state.
And in this relaxed and receptive state,
I want you to bring into your imagination,
Or simply bring a sense,
The presence of the moon.
Not needing to see it clearly,
Just knowing it is there.
The moon does not rush.
Does not force light.
It reflects.
It listens.
It responds in cycles.
Notice how the moon changes shape.
Sometimes full,
Sometimes hidden,
But always whole.
Even when unseen.
And as you connect with the moon,
You may begin to recognize familiar qualities within yourself.
The part of you that is intuitive.
The part that senses rather than explains.
The part that knows when to rest and when to emerge.
And just like the moon,
The feminine falls in the same rhythm and pattern.
The feminine does not push.
She invites.
She does not demand.
She receives.
And she does not prove.
She knows.
And you may begin to notice and hearing those character traits.
A place within your body where these qualities live as well.
Perhaps in the chest,
The belly,
The hips,
Or somewhere else entirely.
And there is no right place.
Only your place.
As the moon casts its gentle light,
You may allow yourself to receive that same permission.
To move in cycles.
To soften without losing strength.
To rest without guilt.
To trust your inner timing.
You can invite.
You can receive.
And you can know intuitively.
As you listen to the following phrases,
Allow or simply sense what feels right.
I honor my natural rhythms.
I trust my inner knowing.
I am allowed to receive.
My softness is a form of strength.
And like the moon,
I remain whole through every phase.
Allow these qualities to settle into you.
Gently.
Quietly.
Quietly.
In a way that feels safe and familiar.
And you may allow this awareness to soften even further.
Letting go of words.
Trusting the body to carry what it needs.
The moon remains steady,
Watchful.
As you drift into natural rhythms and flow.
There is nothing more you need to do or be.
