I'm your host Athena Bailey and today we are going to be doing a trans-channeling activation with Archangel Metatron.
So I'm going to be connecting to Metatron and supporting you to basically cleanse and shift and release.
All that is really weighing you down at the moment because as you know Earth is going through these shifts and it can feel like a lot to keep up.
So we're going to do a deep clearing on you and then what we'll do is we're going to work with the Metatron flame to raise your energy,
Raise your vibration and actually activate a higher etheric blueprint in your body as well as a DNA activation.
So get somewhere nice and comfortable for you to receive this and we will get started.
Hello dear ones,
I am Archangel Metatron.
My guidance and message in coming through today is focused on supporting you in being able to shift out of your lower etheric blueprints and upgrade into higher light bodies.
As Earth is moving through her shift rapidly,
Everything that is not aligned with this is being sifted and moved through.
You might be experiencing these upgrades as headaches,
As fatigue,
As feeling ungrounded and as noticing a greater disconnect between you and humans who are focused on being disconnected from their true self.
You may feel almost like an alien yourself that you are so distant and disconnected from others.
These are normal ascension symptoms and in our work today I wish to support your integration of higher etheric bodies,
To support you anchoring light in your body on Earth and being able to move through these rapid shifts far more easily.
My work for some time has been focused on ascension and managing ascension symptoms for humans and guiding them through the process and the process of ascension is just that.
It is the deciding,
It is a commitment,
It is the choice to embody a higher vibration and to choose to do this daily,
Each day,
Slightly raising your energy,
Slightly moving into a higher realm,
Slightly choosing to expand your consciousness.
And each time you make this decision you are taking a step along the ascension path which is crucial should you choose to remain on Earth during her own shifting of consciousness.
I would like to offer and guide you through today a deep clearing of what is sitting in your etheric field that must be released,
That has been collected,
That is weighing you down negatively,
That is detrimental for you,
So that you can begin to hold and install these higher energies within yourself.
As we move into this process I ask you to remain clearly intentional about this work that we are doing,
That your request is to move out of the lower realm energy and hold higher light in your body and in your being.
Now as we move forward for you to receive this,
Continue being present and I will now connect with your energy.
As I bring my flame through your energy body,
Through your etheric field and begin to move through each cell,
Each particle,
Deeply clearing,
Rejuvenating,
And activating all that you have been carrying that does not serve you to be washed away now.

As I move through your mental body,
Your emotional body,
I am identifying and clearing that which is ready to be removed.
Densities that must now be cleared for your soul and spiritual progression.
As this shifting process occurs,
Notice what thoughts or images come to your mind as it will demonstrate to you what you are releasing now.
As I clear the cords and lower attachments within your field now,
Your energy is refreshed,
Renewed.
I will now bring in upgrades to your etheric body to increase your light quotient,
To increase your ability to hold more energy and higher frequency.
As the metatron flame anchors these higher energies into your etheric blueprint,
Your etheric body,
Letting it flow through you,
Upgrading your DNA,
Activating dormant DNA.
Your upgrade is now complete,
And as you work to hold higher ascension energies,
Call upon the metatron flame to assist you to release lower energies and hold higher frequencies within you.
