Welcome to Productivity Boost for a Busy Mind.

Whenever overwhelmed,

Distracted or feeling anxious,

Remember Psalm 46.

10 Be still and know that I am.

Be still and know that it's not only how hard you work,

It's also how smart and effective is the hard work.

So give yourself space,

Time and allow yourself to be still.

And if you've been thinking and using your logical brain,

Solving problems,

Then let's rest this part of your brain and connect with emotional,

Creative part of your thinking process.

So let's connect with the heart.

Find a comfortable place where you feel safe and undisturbed for remainder of this activation.

Relax your physical body.

Breathe and release any physical tension with each exhalation.

You may close your eyes and go within.

You can even put your hands on top of your heart.

Feel your heart.

Notice what you notice in your physical and emotional heart.

Notice no separation between physical sensation and emotion.

Observe and feel.

Be pleasant to your breath and your heart.

Allow yourself to feel.

And you may notice your tension drifting to top.

That's okay.

Bring it back to your heart.

Make your heart light-hearted most important thing right now.

At least for this practice.

Be at ease,

At least in your body.

Allow your face,

Jaw,

Eyes to relax.

As you breathe through your heart.

Allow yourself to be still.

Knowing that you are in control over your mind,

Body and heart.

So gently,

With love and care,

Guide your mind in union with your heart.

Observe your breath.

And as you breathe,

You may look for something you can appreciate.

Anything at all.

Be still and know.

And very soon,

My voice will fade out.

You can stay here as long as you like.

And when it's ready,

You will open your eyes and have it magical.

Thank you,

Thank you,

Thank you.
