Welcome to Mastery of Being Meditation.
This meditation will help you to become more present to yourself,
To your loved ones,
And the people around you,
The winds around you,
To experience them more deeply and have deeper appreciation for everything in your life.
And by end of this meditation you may feel more relaxed,
More at ease,
Feeling more fulfilled,
Having more clarity in your mind.
So allow yourself to relax and find a comfortable place where you feel safe and undisturbed for remainder of this meditation.
Relax your physical body,
Close your eyes,
And go within.
And just be.
Just observe your breath.
Notice how your breath flows without your need to control it.
It just is.
Perfect as it is.
Perfect as you are.
Just observe.
Do nothing to stop,
Interfere,
Or change your breath.
Be mindful of your heart.
Bring your heart into your field of awareness.
Be present to your heart.
And allow yourself to feel any physical or emotional feeling,
Sensation.
Allow yourself to feel.
Allow energy to move through you.
Just observe.
No need to judge,
Explain,
Or understand what's happening.
Just be.
Just observe.
Notice if you're still aware of your heart.
Is your heart still in your field of awareness?
Notice how long can you keep your awareness of your heart.
Just observe.
Notice your mind.
Notice the thoughts.
Are they repetitive,
Unique,
Creative?
Do they serve you?
Or they just make your life more complicated?
Just notice,
And do nothing.
And again,
Become aware of your heart.
Become aware that there is pure place in your heart,
Full of love,
Happiness,
Peace,
Bliss,
Fulfillment.
Set intention to connect yourself deeply with this place in your heart.
Allow love to flow through you from within.
Just be present.
Just observe.
Notice what you notice.
And again,
Remember your heart.
Remember your breath,
And do nothing.
To stop,
Control,
Judge,
Change.
Just observe.
Allow your thoughts to be.
Allow your heart to be.
Allow your breath to be.
Just breathe through your heart.
And feel free to stay here as long as you like,
Being thankfully present.
And when you're ready,
Open your eyes and have it magical.
