Every emotion can only live up to 90 seconds before it dies off. This means it takes an effort to sustain any negative mood, because those negative emotions need to be re-triggered at least once every 90 seconds. This meditation addresses this fact and uses it to our advantage, so we slip into inner peace in 90 seconds from becoming aware of our triggers. Meditation starts around 0:40. This is an intermediate to advanced meditation practice and is not suitable for complete beginners. Enjoy!
