Becoming aware of your trigger may take a bit longer.
And that's why we meditate,
To shorten the time it takes to bring your triggers to our awareness.
Find a comfortable place where you feel safe and undisturbed for remainder of this practice.
Relax your physical body,
Close your eyes,
And go within.
Put your attention to your breath,
And allow yourself to relax with each breath.
You may use sound to exhale and release any negative tension,
Physical or emotional,
From your body.
Breathe to your heart,
Release,
Relax.
Be present to your mind,
Body,
And heart.
Allow yourself to feel,
Because feeling is a secret.
Your feelings will lead to awareness of your trigger and dissolving of your trigger.
Trigger is simply cause of your feelings.
This trigger could be an environment,
Anything within environment.
Change your environment and trigger dissolves.
Trigger could be your thoughts and feelings,
Where you send your attention to.
Are you thinking positive or negative?
Are you thinking of what you want to happen or what you try to avoid?
Simply shifting your mind attention to positives will untrigger you,
Will simply shift your state.
If you still feel uncomfortable,
Unpleasurable after changing your environment,
Feeling relaxed,
And thinking only positive thoughts,
Allowing yourself to feel whatever arises to feel,
Your trigger is likely subconscious.
With breathing and being present and facing any feeling you may feel,
Allowing it to come to your consciousness,
You will untrigger yourself.
So allow yourself to feel.
Allow yourself to be present to your feelings without need to change or do anything with them.
Simply acknowledge and observe while remembering who you are.
Observer.
Experiencer.
So breathe and be mindful of your environment,
Your thoughts,
And your feelings.
Allow yourself to feel.
Have kindness and self-compassion towards yourself,
Towards your thoughts and feelings.
Connect with pure place in your heart,
