Find a comfortable position where you feel safe and undisturbed for the remainder of this meditation.

Relax your physical body.

Arrive in it with ease.

Close your eyes.

Go within,

And put your hands on top of your heart.

Feel your body.

Feel your heart.

Notice your breath,

And keep bringing your attention to the breath flowing through your heart.

Notice the breath.

Focus on the heart for the remainder of this meditation,

And bring your attention back whenever you notice it drifting,

And remind yourself,

Who are you?

Who do you think you are,

And who you truly are?

Remember your best moments in your life,

And see them as a glimpse of who you truly are,

Your potential.

Ask yourself,

Who is God?

Who is God to make you?

Since God made you,

And God makes no mistakes,

You are here on a valuable mission from the God,

For the God,

And for you,

And all involved.

So who are you?

Are you a messenger of God?

Are you a soul?

Who do you think you are?

Ask your heart,

And allow yourself to see,

Regardless of who you think you are.

You already know who you are.

Your essence doesn't change at all.

But your essence,

It remains divine.
