You can get it done and get it done effectively without pushing yourself or forcing yourself into a burnout.

This meditation will put you in a resourceful state where you will find creative solutions for being productive.

These five minutes invested in your peace of mind will save you time,

Money and energy in all areas of life.

Remember you are most productive when you put your heart in it.

So let's go within.

Find a comfortable position where you feel safe and undisturbed for remainder of this meditation.

Close your eyes and put your hands on top of your heart.

Take a moment to notice your heart beating,

Your body relaxing.

Take a moment to arrive in the present moment,

Releasing any thoughts,

Worries,

Concerns,

Any thinking.

Let it be for a moment as you observe your breath.

Put your attention on your breath and as you breathe notice how your breath is flowing through your heart.

Feel your heart.

Connect with your physical,

Emotional and spiritual heart.

Feel your soul guiding you through your heart.

Connect deeply with your heart and ask yourself and your heart,

What do you want?

And listen.

Listen for the answer from your heart.

What do you want?

And as you ask your heart for what it wants,

You might find reasons why what you think you need to do is what you want to do.

Allow yourself to want to do what you need to do.

And keep asking,

What do you want?

Go deep and deeper with your desires.

Feel free to play with the time frame.

What do you want now?

What do you want in a week?

In a month?

In a year?

In ten years?

Maybe even a hundred years?

What do you want?

Allow yourself to see all desires on a timeline.

What do you want?

Happy,

Healthy grandchildren?

Old age with lots of energy?

What do you want?

Allow yourself to feel.

And as you ask yourself over and over,

Heart,

What do you want?

You may realize opportunities to optimize,

Automate,

Delegate,

Or eliminate tasks on your list.

Keep focusing on what you want.

Take a moment to acknowledge your selfish desires.

What do you want for yourself?

Take a moment to acknowledge your selfless desires.

What do you want for others?

And ask again,

What do you want?

Allow yourself to stay here as long as you like until you find a creative solution to get what you want to be done.

Feel free to stay here as long as you like.

And whenever ready,

Open your eyes and have it magical.
