Find a comfortable place where you feel safe and undisturbed for remainder of this soul activation for improving your decision-making and efficiency.

So relax your physical body,

Close your eyes,

And go within.

Put your attention on your breath.

Feel your breath flowing through your heart.

And for remainder of this practice,

Focus on appreciating your breath through your heart,

Connecting you deeply with the pure place in your heart,

Overflowing with unlimited and unconditional love,

Right here,

Right now.

Bringing you in brain-heart coherence,

Allowing you to make the most effective,

Most aligned decisions for yourself,

Simply by remembering your breath,

Appreciating it,

And being mindful of your heart.

You may continue to listen to my voice in the background,

As you listen to your heart.

You may relax your eyes and soften your gaze,

Loosen your face,

Jaw,

Neck,

And shoulders.

With inhalation,

You may open your chest and let it go with exhalation,

And continue to relax your physical body with each breath you take.

Simply breathe,

Allow yourself to be.

Simply observe,

As you remember who you are.

Remember that all is available to you,

Right here,

Right now.

For the very least,

All is available in your imagination,

And you're allowed to give yourself whatever you want.

That's right,

You can give yourself whatever you want,

And mentally prepare yourself for receiving it.

So ask your heart,

Heart,

What do you want?

What do you really want?

You may ask a few more times,

Until you feel your heart has heard the question.

And once you have affirmation of being heard,

Stay silent and simply listen.

Notice what you notice.

Everything you feel,

Now,

Is the answer to your question.

Every thought,

Feeling,

Sensation,

Gives you the answer you're looking for.

Focus on the feeling.

Allow yourself to feel,

And be thankfully present for receiving your answer.

That's right,

You have already received it,

So appreciate it,

Guiding you closer towards living more fulfilled,

More effective life,

Making more effective decisions.

Now decide,

What's your next step that gets you what you want?

What's the most high-leverage task to do?

You may stay here as long as you like,

To decide,

And whenever ready,

You may open new eyes,
