As we call upon the beautiful goddess,
The keeper of light,
Guard this garden strong and bright.
Roots grow deep,
Leaves reach high,
Under your loving watchful sky.
No shadow here,
No fear,
No strife,
Only peace and love in this sacred life.
Invite you to breathe in that light,
Breathe in that loving energy,
Just allow it to surround you,
Knowing that this is your time,
This is a place where you are safe,

Taking one more nice deep breath in and out,

As we open with our blessing to Mama Cacao.

The air is soft and fragrant,
Light filters through the leaves and the earth beneath your feet feels warm and alive.
This is your garden of energy,
Your temple of light.
As you take a step into your garden,
The first thing you notice is that you feel these deep red roots spreading from the base of your feet,
Reaching down through that rich dark soil,
Keeping you steady,
Grounding you,
Allowing you to feel alive.
This is your base chakra activating.
Our base chakra teaches us where to root into the present moment,
Into our bodies,
Into our breath and into the earth that holds us.
This energy center is surrounded with beautiful red light.
This red energy represents safety,
Grounding and belonging.
And as you take your first sip of cacao,
With gratitude,
Feel the cacao anchoring you,
Connecting you to your foundation.
Taste the earth's strength in your cacao.
And as you breathe in that red energy,
Say to yourself,
I am safe,
I am grounded,
I belong here.
Just breathing in that red,
Feeling those roots growing down from your body,
Down into the earth,
Feeling that stability,
That safety,

You notice a beautiful calm pond,
And beside the pond,
Orange flowers blossoming,
The petals unfurling.
You notice that water of the pond shimmering.
You see those orange petals moving with the breeze.
This orange flower represents your sacral chakra.
Our sacral chakra teaches us our emotions,
Our sensuality and our creative flow.
And that beautiful orange color represents flow,
Pleasure,
Emotions and creativity.
And with gratitude,
Take your next sip of cacao,
Tasting the sweetness of life,
Allowing your emotions to move freely.
Let the cacao move through you like warm water,
Fluid and freeing.
And as you breathe in that orange energy,

Breathing in that beautiful golden sunlight,
We sip to our strength,
Feeling our inner fire awakening.

Because our heart is both tender and strong and it bridges our earth and our sky and it teaches us love,
Compassion and connection.

With stars appearing amongst the branches.
This indigo light of twilight represents our third eye chakra,

With awareness and stillness,
Trusting what your inner visions show you.
Breathing in that indigo energy,
As you say to yourself,

I honour my wisdom.

A white light appears above you,
Descending softly until it touches the crown of your head.
From that beautiful white light,
A purple lotus blossoms open,
Each petal shining with divine energy.
This purple lotus represents our crown chakra,
And it reminds us that we are never separate.
We are always connected to source,
To light,
To all that is.
And with gratitude,
As we sip in reverence and surrender,
We remember our connection to all that is around us.
As you breathe in that purple energy,
Say to yourself,
