Cacao Ceremony: The Forest Spiral

This cacao ceremony invites you into the forest, to slow down, soften, and walk an inner path of remembering. With gentle sips along the way, we return to the centre, where truth and wholeness live.

This track was recorded live during one of our weekly cacao ceremonies here on Insight Timer. This is a regular space where hearts gather from around the world to slow down, connect, and remember who we are beneath the noise. It is one of my favourite times of the week when we gather together and allow cacao to lead us back to ourselves.

Truly amazing. The crystals along the spiral path were the colours of the chakras. As I walked each chakra was activated and cleared. When I got to the centre along with the smooth flat rock was a desk with shelves. The shelves had jars of herbs. Isis guided me to use the herbs for healing. After the meditation was finished I went outside in my backyard and pouring in a spiral I offered the rest of my cacao to Mother Earth. This is one of my favourite Cacao ceremonies.
