In this meditation, we will relax our bodies and then call in something that we want. We will generate a magnetic coil from the solar plexus of our body to draw in what we want, easily and effortlessly. We will ask our highest self what the rate of steps we need to take, and we will ask how often we need to come back to this meditation. I hope this helps you call in your highest dreams!

Greetings Seeker!

My name is Anjali Sivaraman and I am a spiritual coach,

Writer,

Speaker,

Energy healer,

And meditation guide and I will be guiding you in today's meditation,

Magnetizing What You Want.

So whenever you are ready,

Taking a nice comfortable seat.

You can be sitting upright for this or if more comfortable you may lay back and as you get situated we're going to start with a quick relaxation of the body.

So we'll move the attention down to the feet and just mentally relaxing the feet.

We'll move up to the lower legs,

The shins,

And the calves.

Just gently relaxing the legs up to the upper thighs and the hamstrings,

Giving you a chance to breathe into these body parts and relax them.

Now moving up to the hips and the buttocks,

Gently relaxing them with your attention.

Moving on up to the abdomen and the lower back,

Giving yourself a chance to relax these body parts.

Up to the chest and the upper back,

Gently relaxing these body parts.

Up to the shoulders and the neck,

Giving yourself permission to relax these body parts.

Down to the biceps and triceps and allowing yourself to relax just a little more.

Down to the forearms,

The wrists,

The hands,

And the fingers,

Seeing if you can give yourself just a little bit more relaxation.

And then up to the face,

The jaw,

Making sure you've unclenched anything there.

Up to the nose,

The eyebrows,

Allowing a gentle relaxation here.

And then to the top of the head.

Now I want you to imagine something that you really,

Really,

Really want.

Something you've been wanting to call in and you're ready to call it in now.

And I want you to imagine this thing in lots of details.

What does it look like?

What does it feel like?

What qualities or traits do you believe it would give you?

Just gently basking in this image or this feeling,

Perhaps this smell or this taste as well,

And allowing those feelings to well up inside of you and get bigger and brighter.

Imagining what you would do with this thing if you had it.

Imagining the ways it would serve you and how you would serve it.

Allowing those feelings to get stronger and stronger as you become more magnetic towards it.

Good.

So now I want you to imagine that there's a coil coming out of your body,

A big magnetic coil.

And this coil will come out of the solar plexus of your body,

Which is generally where the stomach is at the top of the abdomen.

And you can choose the color of this coil.

It's going to emanate out from your solar plexus,

Out and upwards.

And play around with the size of it,

Its ability to attract,

Whether you need it to be bigger or smaller.

Play around with the size that would be perfect for attracting what you want.

This is your magnetic coil.

And now I want you to imagine that thing you were wanting to magnetize before.

And using your coil,

Gently drawing it into you.

And imagine where you want this thing to land on your body.

For example,

If you're calling in money,

What part of your body wants to receive this?

Is it the hands?

Is it in the middle of your coil?

Is it all around you because you're calling in lots of it?

Or if it's a partner,

Do you want to receive them with your hands or with an embrace?

Gently imagine how you'd like to receive this item.

And now imagine a scene where you are living with this thing,

And it's completely in your life,

And it feels so good.

And imagine what it would be like to have that thing.

Imagine the kinds of experiences you would have with this.

Feeling a smile come to your face as you feel this in your energy field.

Continuing to allow and continuing to magnetize.

You may even want to shift your posture to more upright if that makes you feel more powerful and magnetic.

Now I want you to move your attention back to the coil.

There are a certain number of steps you'll need to take before you get what you want.

And you get to control the number of steps and the rate that they occur.

Be it one,

Two,

Or 50 steps a day.

Play around with working with that time element.

Try speeding it up even and seeing how that feels.

And if that feels overwhelming,

Try slowing it down until you get the rate just right.

And when you've reached a completion point of what that rate looks like,

We're going to release the images,

Release all of the feelings,

Release the holding of this thing in your energy field.

And now go within yourself and ask your highest self,

How often to magnetize what you have asked for.

And let your highest self guide you.

Good.

So now that you've drawn in what you want,

We're going to gently come out of this state.

Feel free to move or stretch your body in any way that feels comfortable to you.

And feel free to come back to this meditation anytime you want to amplify your power and magnetize what you want.
