This guided practice will walk you through exploring some of your desires and the feelings associated with them. You'll create a mantra for yourself in relation to these desires. It's recommended to have a journal or notepad during this meditation to reflect on the ideas that arise.

Welcome to manifesting desires meditation.

Today we'll focus on manifesting your desires by creating images and shifting those images into action.

Let's begin by taking a comfortable position,

Either seated with the body upright or laying down,

But keeping the mind alert.

Begin by focusing on your breath,

Taking a moment to recognize the cycle of breath and how it flows in through the nose and gently out through the mouth.

Filling up the belly and parting the lips to release a sigh.

Shift the attention to the mind and call into your mind your family.

As you bring them into your mind,

Notice the first word that comes along with them.

Without judgment,

Just attention.

Let the word settle.

Reflect on this word and gently ask yourself,

Does this word represent the relationship I want with my family?

Allow yourself the time to respond,

The space to see what arises.

Maybe take a moment to write down your response.

Keeping in mind that answer,

Call to word,

Call to mind the word that represents the relationship you do want with your family.

Create this word with all the details that come to mind.

What color would this word be?

How big,

How small,

How wide or how tall would it be?

What would it feel like?

Now create images that reflect the actions you associate with this word.

Create pictures and details of what the word would look like and feel like in your life.

Fully immerse yourself in that feeling,

Allowing yourself to accept and let any emotion come up along with it.

Notice the sensations in the body,

The breath and the thoughts that arise.

Maybe take another opportunity to take a written note of all those sensations.

Reflect the attention to the mind and call in your home.

Bring into your mind your environment,

Your community,

Your streets,

Your neighbors and notice the first word that comes along into the mind with them.

Without judgment,

Let that word settle.

Reflect on this word and gently ask yourself,

Does this word represent the relationship I want with my home and my community?

Allow yourself the space to respond and maybe take a moment to write down your response.

Keeping that answer in mind,

Call to mind the word that represents the relationship you do want with your home and community.

Create this word with all the details that come to mind.

Asking yourself,

What color would this word be?

What's the texture of this word?

The density of this word?

What would it feel like?

How big or how small or how wide or how tall would it be?

Now,

Create images that reflect the actions you associate with this word.

Create pictures and details of what that word would look like and feel like in your life.

Slowly immerse yourself in that feeling,

Letting all of the emotions,

Sensations and the breath sink into the body.

And maybe take another moment or opportunity to take a written note of that feeling.

Give the attention to the mind and bring in your romantic partner or relationship.

Bring into your mind this person,

Their actions in as much detail as possible.

Notice the word that comes into the mind with them.

With loving attention,

Let that word settle.

Reflect on this word and ask yourself,

Does this word represent the relationship I want with this individual or with relationships in general?

Allow yourself the space to respond and take an opportunity to write down your response.

Keeping that answer in mind,

Call to mind the word that represents the relationship you want with your partner or relationship.

Create this word with all the details that come to mind.

Does it have a color?

What's the texture of that word?

What would it feel like?

How would it feel to have that word and the associated feelings flowing freely?

Write images that reflect the actions you associate with this word.

Create pictures and details of what that word would look like and feel like in your life.

Let those pictures integrate into your breath.

Notice any sensations in the body,

The breath,

Emotions or thoughts that arise.

And here's another opportunity to take a written note of those sensations.

Call to mind or look at the notes you've taken regarding your desires for family,

Home and romantic life.

Take a moment to stare at these notes,

Meditating on the words,

The feelings and the sensations in the body as you call towards these desires.

As you focus on your words,

Play around with creating a mantra from these words.

Maybe repeating just the words after each other.

Maybe creating phrases such as I have,

I'm creating,

I am manifesting and filling in with your words.

Create that mantra for the next minute,

Keeping the mind focused on the words and the present moment.

It's called Naya Naya,

And Naya,

If you recall,

Is a specific word that had that word in Now settle back into the breath,

Maybe turning the palms towards the sky as a sign of receptivity to the universe guiding you towards these desires.

Asking the universe to provide guidance and direction on where these words and actions show up in your life.

Asking the universe to take care of your wishes as you release holds and expectations on them.

Letting the universe know that you trust that your manifestations are being put into action.

Bring the hands together in prayer to the crown of your head.

Give gratitude and thanks to the insight and wisdom of the universe around.

Bring your hands to the center of the forehead and give gratitude and thanks towards the third eye,

Your own sense of intuition.

Bring the hands to the throat and give gratitude and thanks to the words you choose to use and that they will be true and kind.

Bring the hands to heart center and express gratitude and thanks to the love you have for yourself and the love you have for others and the space between.

Release the hands,

Gently open your eyes and come back to the present moments,

The moment of now and the rest of your day.
