And we call in the energy of stillness to flow into our energy bodies now,

That we can afford to buffer some space for ourselves to breathe and relax in this meditation,

Resentment or other dense energies and emotions that we may have taken on throughout the day.
Inviting all this golden energies and frequencies to leave,

Releasing all pent up stress,

We may feel our spinal column heating up as more density leaves.

That there is a warm central sun glowing in the heavens above.
Intend to connect to the rays of the central sun.
As we breathe,
See in your mind's eye the warm rays of the central sun descending downwards,
Cutting through the universe.
And gathering the light at the crown of your head,
Balancing your crown chakra.
Inviting the light to move down and balance the third eye chakra.
Inviting the light to move down to balance the throat chakra.
Inviting the light to move down and balance the heart chakra.
Allowing the rays of the central sun to gather in your heart's space.
See in your mind's eye at the soles of your feet and down in the heart of Mother Earth,
Crystalline white light from the heart of Mother Earth.
Intend to connect to the crystalline white grid of Mother Earth.
See the white light flowing up from Mother Earth and gathering in the soles of your feet,
Balancing your earth star chakra,
Six inches beneath the soles of your feet.
Washing away all discordant or disruptive energies and frequencies that prevent or disrupt us from connecting fully into Mother Earth to feel calm,
Peaceful and grounded.
Inviting the white light to move up both feet to the base of our body,
Balancing the base of root chakra now.
Allowing the white light to gather and move upwards like a beautiful lotus flower.
Enveloping us in a beautiful glow of crystalline white light for purity,
Calmness and peace.
Inviting the white light to move up to our sacral chakra,
Balancing our sacral chakra.
Releasing all fears and worries of the past,
Of the future,
Of any unresolved issues and trauma,
Leaving all this aside for now.
Allowing the white light to move up to our abdominal region,
Balancing our solar plexus chakra now.
And inviting the white light to move up and gather in our heart space,
Mingling with the golden rays of the central sun,
Allowing a gentle circulation of energies from the central sun and from Mother Earth gathering in our heart space.
As we continue to breathe,
Invite the warm rays of the central sun to continue to move downwards from the cosmos above to our crown,
Third eye,
Throat and gathering in our heart chakra.
At the same time,
Intend for the crystalline white light of Mother Earth to continue to flow up like a beautiful lotus flower.
Moving up our earth star chakra,
Base chakra,
Sacral chakra,
Solar plexus chakra and finally settling in the heart space.
Take some time to feel the intermingling of energies and the heart space.
As the energies gather,
They continue to build up and form a little ball of light around the heart space and then expanding in size to cover our entire physical body in a ball of white golden light.
At this moment,
Check in with how your body feels immersed in this light.
How does your mind feel?
How does your heart space feel?
How does your abdominal region and the reproductive region feel?
As you continue to breathe,
The ball of light expands further and wider to cover and flow into your emotional body,

See yourself covering in a huge ball of golden white light,
Gently circulating in your energy bodies,
