My name is Latoya and today I'll be sharing some affirmations for self-love.

Find a quiet space where you feel safe.

Then take a comfortable seat or maybe even lie down.

Any position that feels good to you right now.

Imagine taking deep breaths in and out of your nose.

Close your eyes or soften your gaze.

As you breathe deeply,

Silently repeat these powerful affirmations for self-love.

Everything I need is within me.

I celebrate myself because I am an amazing person.

I let go of negative beliefs and negative self-talk.

I set healthy boundaries and say no when I need to.

I love myself unconditionally.

I let go of mistakes I've made in the past and embrace the lessons that they taught me.

I accept compliments with ease.

I allow myself to honor my emotions and feel my feelings.

My voice is powerful and my opinion is very influential.

Love myself is priority.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Allow these affirmations to settle deep within your subconscious mind.

Everything I need is within me.
