This prayer is to show you guys an example of how a couple can pray together,
Especially if you've been apart for a few days or you've been at work all day and you're rejoining and you're going to spend some time together or go on a date.
This is how you can get your energy in sync again and leave the past behind you,
Let go of everything from the rest of your life or let go of all of your stresses.
So I'm going to pray with my boyfriend Chapo.
This is what we do before we go have fun,
Go play.
Usually we'll sit by the waterfall on the rocks beside the creek,
But you can pray anywhere,
Anytime.
You can pray in a restaurant,
In the car,
On a walk.
We ask that we are cleared from any stress of the weekend,
Any stress of the week,
Work.
We ask that we are one with God.
That we feel that we are our self,
Our divine self as we rejoin.
We pray that all stress is left aside and we feel connected.
We ask that we are grounded and present.
We ask that our thoughts are brought to this moment and that we're able to leave our work behind,
All of our worries behind,
Our to-do list behind,
And we're able to be present,
Centered and here for each other.
And in this moment with each other,
We ask our spear guides and our angels to clear us,
To remove any heaviness or intensity from our work week from us so that we may enjoy our time together.
As we go out for our date,
We pray that we'll feel with admiration for one another.
That when we speak to one another,
That it feels good to our ears.
That we're able to voice the love that we have for one another.
That we're able to express the admiration we have for the other.
And that we're capable of feeling the love that we feel from the other.
Love is all there is.
And as we go shopping together,
As we go walking downtown together,
That only love exists.
And we feel happy.
And we feel God's presence.
We ask the angels and spear guides to rejoice with us like fairies flitting around us.
We ask to feel God's love through our hearts to each other,
Back and forth between us and around us.
We ask that people that we pass join in on this love,
This feeling,
This high vibration.
We ask that we are aware of any guides in human form that you put in our path today.
We ask that we connect to the world around us from our love for each other and from God's presence within us and around us.
We ask our spear guides and our angels to help us to understand one another.
Whenever there's conflict or misunderstanding,
We ask that it is quickly cleared up.
We ask our guides to remove any old patterns from us that we might get entangled in.
We ask that any old hurts from other relationships,
Past relationships,
Are removed from this relationship.
That they're taken out of this moment and that we're able to stay clear and to be right here,
Right now,
With each other.
We ask our angels and spear guides to lift our vibrations to take us out of work mode and serious thinking mode and into joy and celebration and playfulness.
We're able to be silly and be like kids and have fun.
Able to laugh out loud.
To be like angels.
Our voice,
Our laughter,
Light and free like angels.
We ask that our bodies feel light and free,
No heaviness,
But just health and happiness.
As we get in the car,
Running errands,
Sitting at the restaurant to eat,
As we go walking out of the park,
We ask that we be connected with ourselves and with God.
Amen.
