Find a comfortable seated position.
Take a deep breath in.
Exhale and release.
Keep the spine straight and tall.
Rest your palms on your knees facing upwards to receive divine guidance during your meditation today.
Close your eyes and start turning inwards.
Take a few deep breaths in and out through the nose to centre yourself and to calm the mind.
When you feel calm and relaxed,
Imagine a little seed growing in the earth just beneath you.
Feel its presence,
Its warmth,
Its energy.
Slowly begin to feel it becoming stronger and stronger as it travels from the earth into your being and upwards along the spine.
Feel it at your root,
Then the sacral chakra,
Solar plexus,
Heart space,
Through your throat,
The third eye and the top of your head.
Spend time resting in awareness at each chakra,
Simply being present in your body.
Recently,
I've been suffering from heart problems,
Soyources,
Mukbang assignments,
Digests and more.
Not much of a spare moment because I felt like a walking dead in the middle of the night.
And when you feel the energy reaching the top of your head,
Imagine this energy opening and blossoming into a thousand petaled lotus flower floating just above the crown of your head.
Your whole body bathed in energy,
Rooted to the floor and connected to the universe.
Enjoy the moment.
And when you're ready,
Bring the energy back down the spine,
All the way back to your roots and into the earth to remain grounded and present in the physical.
Deepen the breath,
Inhale fill the belly,
Expand the ribs,
The chest,
All the way to the tops of the shoulders.
Exhale and release.
Inhale the arms up above the head.
Enjoy a full body stretch.
Exhale the hands to prayer.
