The gentle voice within,

When looked upon for guidance,

Will never lead you astray.

The gentle,

Loving,

Peaceful voice that nudges you and gives you support in all of your endeavors.

There is absolutely no external measure that can compare to the knowledge and perspective from this voice.

No one else can advise you in the same way,

For this still small voice knows what you have been through,

Knows where you are currently,

And knows where you are going,

Even if you don't.

You don't have to know the destination to take the first step because the place within you of peace and light knows and is illuminating the path with joyful experiences that feel good and right and entice you to keep going.

This is where you are supposed to be.

Follow this joy.

So let your awareness go from your head to your heart now.

Deepen into your breath as the pathway to your heart opens.

Take a nice deep inhale through your nose and exhale,

Sigh it out your open mouth.

Do this one more time.

Inhale through your nose and release it out your open mouth,

Letting go all stress and tension in your body.

Our mantra for today is I follow my joy.

When you find your mind has wandered,

Use this mantra to ground yourself in the present moment.

I follow my joy.

I follow my joy.

I follow my joy.

I follow my joy.

I follow my joy.

I follow my joy.

I follow my joy.

I follow my joy.

I follow my joy.

I follow my joy.

I follow my joy.

Once you have connected to this gentle place within and found the peaceful light waiting for you in this space,

You may want to bring a question to the voice within.

You can ask about something that you are working through in your life,

Something you're struggling with right now.

Something that brings you dis-ease or anxiety.

And just listen,

Especially on the exhale,

For an answer from your inner knowing.

If you hear nothing today,

That's OK.

Just getting used to dropping into this peaceful space and listening for the inner knowing.

It may take some time to be able to hear this inner knowing.

But you eventually will find it.

And once you do,

You will never want to make another decision from your mind again.

So just listen,

Breathing out on the exhale.

Deeper and deeper,

Deeper within this space.

And when you are ready,

You can slowly start to bring your awareness back into the room by wiggling your fingers and toes,

Picking up your body,

Bringing your awareness to your feet on the floor,

To your hands and your lap.

And when you are ready,

Open your eyes.

Beautiful job today,

My friends.

If you were unable to hear your inner voice,

Don't worry,

You've got plenty more time to allow this inner knowing to arise.

Namaste.
