This guided meditation is designed to bring you to your heart space,
Centering you and clearing away any restlessness or uncomfortable emotions within your mind and body.
Find a quiet,
Safe space and ease into a comfortable seated or lying position.
Close your eyes.
Take a few deep,
Cleansing breaths,
Moving around the energy within and around your body.
Notice how each breath pulls you into a deeper state of peace.
Continue to focus on your breath,
Acknowledging how your body feels in this moment.
Inhale deeply,
Expanding the belly.

.
And exhale,
Releasing any tension in your body.
Now as we move into our practice of finding our center,
Place both hands over your heart.
As you continue to breathe,
Notice your heart space getting warmer.
With your mind's eye,
Envision a golden ball of light in the center of your heart.
With every breath,
This light radiates,
It radiates out and continues to grow stronger.
Take a few moments to watch your heart.
Watch the energy around your heart expand and radiate as the healing process begins.
Listen to your mind,
Anything that has caused you restlessness lately.
Anything that has caused you pain.
Anything that has caused you to anger.
Once you've brought about that emotion or experience to your mind,
Send it down slowly to your heart space,
Allowing each breath to move this emotional experience right down to the center of your heart.
Sit with this emotion in your heart space for a few moments.
Allow yourself to feel the energy of this emotion.
Do not judge yourself for the emotion.
To witness and acknowledge the existence of this emotion.
Now allow the radiant light of your heart space to absorb and dissolve this feeling of restlessness or fear,
Pain or anger.
What once was is now love.
With each radiant breath of light,
Your heart has the ability to dissolve and absorb any of these uncomfortable feelings.
Continue to breathe for a few moments,
Allowing yourself to witness what's going on in your heart.
Allowing yourself to feel the warmth of your heart,
Absorbing any uncomfortable emotions.
As you exhale,
Envision a golden light of love releasing from your breath.
This breath surrounds your body,
Surrounds the space that you are in.
Allow the golden light of your loving breath to warm your body.
Allow this golden light to bring peace to the day ahead of you.
Remember you are not your emotions.
You are simply experiencing the emotions as they are visitors who will soon pass.
Allow yourself to witness them as they arrive,
Experience them for a moment without judgment,
And transmute them out as unconditional love.
The suppression of uncomfortable or restless emotions only prolongs the pain or discomfort within.
The acknowledgement and release of these emotions allows deep healing to occur within the mind and body.
