Nurturing energy and draw that energy up towards yourself and let it enliven and tickle and nurture every single cell in your body,

Feel every cell in your body sparkle with Mother Earth's energy and all the water molecules dance and I invite you to send your energy out from the top of your head through your crown chakra up towards our sun and allow the codes,
Light codes from our sun to come down into the top of your head and all the way down into your body,
Life-giving,
Infinite,
Expansive energy from the sun,
Feeding every single cell in your body and all the water molecules and from the stargate of the sun travel to the central sun of the universe and anchor your energy there and allow the light codes from the central sun of the universe to travel down that link to the top of your head and feel another wave of energy and codes wash through your body and hold those threads while you now also send a thread up to Sirius and allow the wisdom codes,
The light codes from Sirius to come down into the top of your head and spread through your whole body and allow all of that energy to mix and meld in your heart with your own beautiful soul frequency,
