Welcome to this meditation to feel abundance,
To feel ease and to feel bliss.
Finding your way to a comfortable seated position or lying down if that's more comfortable and breathing deeply.
If you haven't already closed the eyes,
Closing them now or bringing the gaze to the drishti like the tip of the nose or the floor.
Taking the gaze inwards and connecting to the breath and starting to deepen your inhales and exhales.
Finding that peace within the wellspring of radiance that lives inside of each of us.
Connecting deeply and in knowing that if the mind wanders that is okay,
Just bringing the awareness back to this beautiful present moment.
And when I read the affirmations you may wish to silently repeat them to yourself.
Connecting to abundance,
To prosperity and to love.
