Meeting the real you.

Find somewhere to lie down or sit comfortably where you won't be disturbed and close your eyes.

This is time for you to feel relaxed and at peace.

Take a few deep breaths and let your body and mind relax.

Keep following your breath and allow yourself to relax deeply.

Breathe in and out.

Releasing all negative energy on the breath out.

Breathe in and out.

In your mind's eye imagine yourself standing on top of a beautiful hill covered in emerald green grass.

It is a beautiful place and you feel safe.

As you take in the beauty of your surroundings you notice someone coming towards you in the distance.

You continue to watch this person,

Curious to see who they are.

You feel a little scared and apprehensive about who is walking towards you but you also feel excited to meet them.

As this person approaches you,

You feel that you know them.

This person is familiar to you but you don't know why.

You notice how this person walks,

How they are dressed.

This person has a confident walk and an inner strength that you feel and see.

This person is happy,

Confident and successful.

You observe how they walk,

How they hold themselves.

You love it and you have this sense that you would like to become this person.

You feel excited,

You feel the possibility that you could be just like that.

You still have this sense that you know who this person is.

They feel very familiar to you and you continue to stare and wait.

You love the sparkly energy that they are exuding and that attracts you further.

It makes you more excited to meet them.

You want more of this person.

You want to feel this way.

This person continues to approach you and finally you realise why this person seems so familiar.

It is you,

The empowered you,

The confident you,

The you that you have been longing for,

The lost you.

You step towards this person and as you do they hold out their hand and you take it.

You feel familiar and safe with this person.

This person says,

I knew you were here all along,

Where have you been?

You reply,

I thought I would never find you.

Be willing to accept this is you.

It was all inside you all this time.

You just needed to unravel your true amazingness.

You are this person.

You are happy,

You are confident,

You are successful,

You are amazing.

You embrace this person safe in the knowledge that you are this person and this person is you.

As you embrace each other you become one.

Take a few moments to bask in the glory of the empowered you.

To feel happy,

Confident and successful.

Enjoy this moment and remember how this feels.

Take a deep breath in and out.

When you are ready wriggle your toes and fingers and open your eyes.
