Energy Healing Guided Practice For Empaths

This energy healing guided meditation is designed for empaths or individuals who find themselves taking on energy from their environment/other individuals, taking on entities, or becoming easily drained throughout the day. Through channeling high vibrational universal energies, including the flower of life, this meditation clears accumulated negative energy and stores vital light life force energy in the body, to help one go throughout their day vibrant, resilient and energized.

Hello everyone and welcome to this guided healing energy transmission meditation.

So in this meditation we're going to be working with some of the high vibrational energies of the universe and of spirit to bring energetic cleansing and healing and empowerment to your being.

This meditation is really good if you are an empath because it helps to build up your own vital life force and your own power and presence so that you're not absorbing so much energy from your environment and instead you are radiating energy out in a very big way.

It helps to build your inner vibrancy and radiance.

So with all of the invocations that I'm going to be speaking for the meditation,

It's best if you are visualizing everything that I say and knowing that as you visualize you are in fact pulling these energies down into your being,

Into your world and working with them to create healing so you can imagine what they look like around you and also imagine what they feel like.

So begin by just finding a beautiful comfortable space in your home where you will be undisturbed and we're going to begin by visualizing and creating a golden beam of light connecting directly to spirit acting as a clear channel for all of these healing energies to come through.

We're going to create a golden pyramid of sparkling light,

A silver pyramid of sparkling light,

A golden Merkaba of light and a silver Merkaba of light and we're going to create a golden flower of life,

Crystal grid with selenite,

Apophilite,

Celestite and clear quartz at all corners,

One layer,

Ten layers,

A hundred layers,

A thousand layers,

Ten thousand layers,

A hundred thousand layers,

A thousand thousand layers spanning all dimensions of your being.

So just settle in to this space that you have created and breathe slowly and deeply and again as I invoke these frequencies and these transmissions you're going to visualize them and as such invoke them within yourself.

So pulling down light from the highest powers of the universe,

All of the stars in the sky,

The angels,

The archangels,

From the Elohim,

From Jesus,

From the galactic nation of light and from the crystal kingdom,

Pulling this light down through a golden flower of life crystal grid with clear quartz,

Selenite,

Celestite and apophilite at all corners,

Supercharging it through this grid and pulling it into your body,

Infusing it from the largest to the smallest dimensions,

Creating complete DNA reprogramming to align with your spirit and sacred blueprint,

Turning your particles into light and filling the space between them with light,

Pushing out any and all energy that is not yours and that is not serving you,

Sending it to the center of the planet for transmutation,

For the healing of all beings.

Pulling down light,

More light,

More light and more light,

As much light as your body can handle in this moment from the highest powers of the universe,

All of the stars in the sky,

From the angels,

The archangels,

From the Elohim,

From Jesus,

From the galactic nation of light and from the crystal kingdom,

Pulling this light down through a golden flower of life crystal grid with clear quartz,

Selenite,

Apophilite and celestite at all corners,

Supercharging,

Activating this energy and pulling it into your body,

Infusing it from the largest to the smallest dimensions,

Creating complete DNA reprogramming to align with your spirit and sacred blueprint,

Turning your particles into light,

Filling the spaces between them with light and pushing out any and all energies that are not yours,

That are not serving you,

Sending them to the center of the earth for transmutation,

For the healing of the planet and all of her children.

Pulling down light,

Golden,

Sparkling,

Brilliant light,

Singing with the vibration of the divine,

More light,

More light and more of the sparkling divine light,

As much of it as your body can handle in this moment,

Pulling it down from the highest powers of the universe,

All of the beautiful twinkling stars in the sky,

From the angels,

The archangels,

The Elohim,

From Jesus,

From the galactic nation of light and from the crystal kingdom,

Seeing this energy come down supercharging and activating with the power and medicine of interconnection to the divine through a golden flower of life crystal grid with clear quartz,

Selenite,

Apophilite and celestite at all corners.

See and feel this energy coming down into your body from the largest to smallest dimensions,

Creating full and complete DNA reprogramming to be a reflection of your spirit and divine blueprint.

Bringing your particles into light,

See them sparkle brilliantly,

Twinkling and filling the spaces between them with light,

So vibrant.

And as these spaces fill with light,

Just imagine all of the energy that isn't yours,

That you've been carrying,

Any energy that you're ready to get rid of that is no longer serving you.

Visualize it leaving your body,

Flowing down into the earth for transmutation,

For the healing of all.

Now see yourself pulling down light,

More light,

More brilliant,

Sparkling divine light from the highest powers of the universe,

The brightest stars in the sky,

All of the stars twinkling in the sky,

From the angels,

From the archangels,

From the Elohim,

From Jesus Christ,

From the galactic nation of light and from the crystal kingdom.

And pull this light down through a golden flower of life crystal grid,

Supercharging it with the energies of clear quartz,

Selenite,

Apophyllite and celestite.

Bringing this energy into your body,

Infusing it through every layer of your being from the highest to smallest dimensions.

Knowing that as you do so it's creating complete DNA reprogramming through reflection of your spirit and sacred blueprint.

Visualize your DNA turning into golden light,

Restructuring and arranging into its perfect form.

Perhaps you see pieces of it that are damaged in some way,

Leaving and being replaced with new perfect particles and molecules,

Golden and vibrating with light.

And see all of the particles in your body turning golden with light,

Sparkling,

Vibrating at the highest of frequencies,

The frequency of God.

And see all the little spaces between them filling up with pure,

Brilliant golden white light so that your whole body fills with light and you're glowing,

Radiating this light,

This beautiful shimmering light.

And as you radiate this light it pushes out any energy that is not yours,

That is no longer serving you down into the center of the earth for transmutation,

For the healing of the planet and all of her beautiful children.

And pull down more light,

More light and even more light,

Brilliant,

Twinkling,

Divine golden light,

Shimmering with sparkles of love from the highest powers of the universe,

The brightest stars in the sky and all of the stars in the sky,

From the angels,

The archangels,

From the Elohim and from Jesus.

Push this light with the love of Jesus,

With the blessings and love of the galactic nation of light and of the crystal kingdom.

And pull this light down through a golden flower of life crystal grid with clear quartz,

Selenite,

Apophilite and celestite at all the corners.

Knowing that as you do so you're supercharging this energy with the medicine and energies of harmony,

Of creation and of love.

Pulling this medicine,

This medicine light into your body,

Allowing it to permeate all of your being from the largest to the smallest dimensions.

And as it does so,

Know that it's creating complete DNA reprogramming to align with your spirit and sacred blueprint.

See all those beautiful little strands of DNA in your cells turning into golden light as they reprogram themselves into perfect health and wellbeing.

This is your true nature.

Imagine your particles turning into light,

Vibrating with the love of the divine,

The love that you are and see the spaces between them fill up with light as you begin to radiate a beautiful golden aura of light around your body.

Pushing out any and all energies that are not yours,

That are not serving you,

That are ready to move and sending them to the center of the planet for transmutation,

For the healing of all.

I encourage you to sit for a moment,

Continue this visualization if you like for as long as you want to.

When you're finished,

Just sit and bathe in this energy,

Breathe it into your body,

Integrate it more deeply into you and really receive this medicine and these blessings.

And you can visualize an Aum symbol in front of you sealing in your aura and all of these energies so you can carry them with you throughout your day.

Now,

This meditation is ideally practiced every day in the morning to really build up your energy field before you leave the house,

Before you begin encountering others so that you are strong and vibrant throughout the day.

And also in doing so and practicing it every day,

You're then communicating to your DNA to do this reprogramming so it isn't something that happens overnight,

It is something that it is required that you do it every day,

Continually communicating with your body for these transformations to take place.
