This is a short practice I use when I'm feeling overwhelmed.

Sending thoughts of kindness to yourself and others decreases anxiety and improves your immune system.

The next time you become aware of anxious thoughts or you feel overwhelmed by the world around you,

Close your eyes,

Take a deep breath,

And repeat to yourself,

May I be healthy,

Be safe,

Be joyful,

Feel loved.

May all beings be healthy,

Be safe,

Be joyful,

Feel loved.
