Or one hour.
Find a comfortable position,
Whether that's seated,
Standing,
Or laying down.
Whatever position feels most supportive to you in this moment.
You can close the eyes if you're comfortable closing the eyes.
And bring your awareness within.
How are you breathing in this moment?
What do you feel in this moment?
What sensations are you experiencing in your body right now?
Sensations of temperature like heat or cold.
Sensations of movement like tingling or numbness.
Even movements in thoughts and emotions.
Where in your body do these sensations live?
Take your time to experience all these different sensations that are happening within you right now.
No need to change anything.
Just feel.
Notice your breath and what's happening within.
And when you're ready,
You can gently open the eyes back up and continue on with your day.
And continue on with your day.
