Visualisation for creating a morning routine.

This track has been designed for you to listen to just before you go to sleep.

As you lie in bed,

Breathing deeply,

Knowing that you are able to relax and let go,

Notice your body begin to soften and relax as you go more and more deeply inside.

Watch the rise and fall of your breath,

The flow of air as it moves through your body.

We're going to focus now on visualising the kind of morning you can easily achieve for yourself,

Focusing on your ideal,

Perfect morning.

As you lie here breathing deeply,

I want you to imagine that when you wake tomorrow morning,

You do so feeling well slept and refreshed.

You feel full of energy and ready to take on the day.

Ready and excited to embrace living,

You rise from your bed and replenish your thirst with a cool glass of water,

Feeling it refreshing your mind and hydrating your body fully and quickly.

You deliberately take some moments to have silence for yourself,

Whether you choose to meditate or just to sit and think,

It's entirely up to you and you know you'll make the right decision.

But know that the silence that envelops you is warm and welcoming as you begin to plan your intentions for the day ahead.

You recite in your head these powerful intentions which you know will empower and excite you throughout the day and keep you calm and in control.

I am creating my dream life.

I am happy.

I am loving.

And I am loved.

I am at my most calm and I allow stress to drift away.

I am capable and I am full of courage.

I interact with others easily and I am excited about new opportunities.

I am opening myself up to the possibility of change and of growing and of learning.

I am open to building new habits and I seek out people and opportunities that are good for me,

That nurture me and that support me.

I am creating my dream life.

I am happy.

I am loving.

And I am loved.

I know I am creating my new future day by day and the decisions I make early in the morning can shape the rest of my day.

And now as I take a pause for a few moments,

Allow your mind to plan the actions and thoughts and behaviours for your day ahead that will inspire and motivate you towards becoming the best version of yourself.

Allow these thoughts,

These images and these feelings,

The sounds and voices to unfold in your mind's eye.

Refocus on them and make them your reality as you lie here right now.
