As you lie here breathing deeply,
I want you to imagine that when you wake tomorrow morning,
You do so feeling well slept and refreshed.
You feel full of energy and ready to take on the day.
Ready and excited to embrace living,
You rise from your bed and replenish your thirst with a cool glass of water,
Feeling it refreshing your mind and hydrating your body fully and quickly.
You deliberately take some moments to have silence for yourself,
Whether you choose to meditate or just to sit and think,
It's entirely up to you and you know you'll make the right decision.
But know that the silence that envelops you is warm and welcoming as you begin to plan your intentions for the day ahead.
You recite in your head these powerful intentions which you know will empower and excite you throughout the day and keep you calm and in control.

I am at my most calm and I allow stress to drift away.
I am capable and I am full of courage.
