Morning Awakening,

A meditation for a productive day.

Welcome to this guided meditation to help you wake up feeling refreshed,

Energized,

And ready to start your day with focus and intention.

Find a comfortable position,

Whether sitting up or lying down,

And gently close your eyes.

Let's begin.

Start by taking a few deep breaths,

Inhaling deeply through your nose,

And inhaling slowly through your mouth.

Feel the breath filling your lungs with fresh,

Revitalizing energy and releasing any tension or fatigue from the night.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Bring your awareness to your body.

Notice any sensations or feelings that arise without judgment or attachment.

Simply observe the present moment with curiosity and openness.

Now visualize the sun rising on the horizon,

Casting its warm golden light upon the world.

Imagine this light filling you with a sense of renewal and possibility,

Awakening your mind,

Body,

And spirit to the opportunities of a new day.

With each breath,

Feel yourself becoming more energized and alert,

Ready to tackle whatever challenges or tasks lie ahead.

Picture yourself stepping into the day with confidence and determination,

Knowing that you have the power to make it successful and fulfilling one.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Set an intention for the day ahead.

What do you hope to accomplish?

How do you want to feel?

Allow this intention to guide your actions and decisions throughout the day,

Keeping you focused and aligned with your goals.

Now take a moment to express gratitude for this new day and all the opportunities it brings.

Feel grateful for the gift of life,

For the chance to grow and learn,

And for the endless possibilities that await you.

When you are ready,

Slowly begin to deepen your breath and gently bring your awareness back to the present moment.

Wiggle your fingers and toes and gradually start to move your body,

Stretching and awakening for the day ahead.

As you prepare to start your day,

Carry with you the sense of renewal and possibility that you've cultivated in this meditation.
