A guided meditation for inner peace.

Welcome my dear friends.

My name is Anna and I'm glad to see you here listening to my meditation.

Welcome to this guided meditation for finding inner peace and serenity.

Find a comfortable position sitting or lying down and gently close your eyes.

Let's begin by taking a few deep breaths.

Inhaling deeply through your nose and exhaling slowly through your mouth.

As you continue to breathe deeply allow yourself to let go of any tension or stress you may be holding on to.

With each breath feel yourself becoming more relaxed and at ease.

Imagine a wave of calmness washing over you soothing every muscle and every thought.

Think about the wave.

Hear the sounds of the sea.

The sound of the sea aligns with your breath.

Now bring your awareness to the present moment.

Notice the sensation of your breath as it flows in and out of your body.

Feel the rise and fall of your chest with each inhalation and exhalation.

Allow your breath to anchor you to the present moment.

Letting go of any worries about the past or future.

As you continue to breathe mindfully imagine yourself surrounded by a warm gentle light.

This light represents peace,

Love and tranquility.

Feel its comforting embrace enveloping you,

Filling you with a sense of deep inner peace.

With each breath allow this light to expand within you,

Filling every corner of your being with its soothing energy.

Feel it melting away any remaining tension or resistance,

Leaving you feeling completely at peace and at one with yourself.

Take a moment to silently affirm to yourself,

I am calm,

I am peaceful,

I am at ease.

Repeat this affirmation as many times as you like,

Allowing its positive energy to resonate within you.

I am calm,

I am peaceful,

I am at ease.

I am calm,

I am peaceful,

I am at ease.

I am calm,

I am peaceful,

I am at ease.

Now gently bring your awareness back to your breath,

Slowly beginning to deepen your inhales and exhales.

Wiggle your fingers and toes,

Gradually bringing movement back into your body.

When you are ready,

Slowly open your eyes,

Taking in your surroundings with a renewed sense of clarity and peace.

Carry this feeling of inner serenity with you throughout the day,

Knowing that you can return to this meditation whenever you need to reconnect with your inner calm.
