Presently, we live in trying times. The anxiety of what the future brings can leave our sleep patterns light and interrupted making the next day a heavy load. In this Sleep meditation, we use the power of visualisation to see the inevitable future. A magnificent world where all secrets will be revealed, all truth will be known. Welcome.

This recording is called Let There Be Light.

It is designed for you to be able to drift off to sleep as you listen or after you listen and hold the vision of what was created within.

As a sleep meditation there will be no bell at the end of this recording.

Take a deep breath and sigh it out.

Two more.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Even slower now.

Last one.

Breathe in.

That's it.

Relax your body and smile.

Lift your shoulders and drop them down again.

Get your body into a beautiful and relaxed state of being.

Keep breathing deeply and slowly.

Keep your focus on the present moment.

As if the only thing that exists right now is you in this relaxed state and these suggestions that come to you with loving intention.

Although the world may feel dark at times where the walls are closing in and freedoms have been removed by those who deem themselves to be superior,

There is always the spark of potential.

Potential comes from our creativity.

That sovereign right to create within the mind a new scenario.

When we dream or imagine a new scenario it creates a new timeline.

An opportunity to take a different path into the future.

A path that is not just for you but others as well.

Even the whole of humanity if it is their will.

When one person dreams of this new path,

A path that is easier to tread,

The possibility of that becoming truth and our reality multiplies when another person joins them in that vision.

By keeping the vision in mind every now and then or more now rather than then,

More energy is added to the vision which adds to the likelihood we will be treading that path instead of another.

A steadfast vision held within the mind without pressure,

Without fear,

Without grasping but simply held is the most powerful vision indeed.

When many,

Many take on that vision in a steadfast way with ease and grace,

It becomes unstoppable.

It becomes inevitable.

So that saying be careful what you wish for includes being conscious of what you focus your attention on through your days and your nights.

Breathe deep.

Breathe it out.

We have been living in trying times,

Times where those who run the media know these precious laws of attraction and choose to use it to their advantage.

For years now they have pumped out storylines carefully seeded with words and emotions that drop the viewer or listener into a lower vibration.

They feed stories of the timeline they want for humanity,

One where they get to control us.

They fail to comprehend that we,

The people,

Have the same power to create an alternative timeline and there are more of us than there are of them.

So as we unite together in our vision for a future which is peaceful,

Free,

Prosperous,

Compassionate,

Generous,

Comfortable,

Joyful,

Abundant and loving for all,

We win.

The possibility of our timeline becomes more powerful than theirs and we create what we choose to visualise.

So join me in visualising the inevitable coming to light,

A magnificent future which is closer than logic would allow you to think.

Breathe slowly and easily.

Turn your focus in to the centre of your heart.

Give a little smile.

Feel love growing in your heart.

That's it.

Love your heart.

What a magnificent organ to hold within your body.

It keeps the blood flowing in your physical representation.

It also has neuro-pathways which can literally transmute all it encompasses within its thoughts and emotions.

Feel the love growing in your heart like a bubble of sparkling,

Dancing,

Silver and rainbow coloured flecks.

There is no limit to the bubble's capacity to expand.

It simply creates more flecks to fill the area.

Let it expand out from the heart to surround your body.

Smile again as the bubble of dancing flecks raises the frequency of your body and fills it with love.

Love conquers all.

Love is more powerful than we imagine.

Love is the power of the creator to put things right again.

Let the bubble expand out to encompass where you live.

The building,

The street,

The wider community,

The city,

The state,

The country.

Let the bubble grow until it encompasses the world.

In your mind,

Shrink the earth down to a smaller size where you can look upon the whole of it.

Relatively speaking,

The planet might be the same size and it's you that has grown your consciousness,

For you are free from limitations.

See the loving,

Sparkly flecks of light flowing over the surface of the planet.

See it penetrating right to the core.

Nothing can stop the light.

In your mind,

Say the word love,

Love,

Love.

I love you,

Kyle.

We're going to allow those sparkling dancing flecks to continue loving the planet as we ourselves grow bigger again now.

Know within your heart that the planet and its solar system are moving into a new area of the galaxy,

A time noted by all the wise ancient civilizations of the past.

In this new area of the galaxy,

There is more light,

More light,

Much more light.

Over the past ten years,

You have watched the sun change from yellow to white.

As a child,

You may have drawn the sun as yellow on the page.

Nowadays,

You might simply leave a space on the white page for it to shine.

The light in this area of the galaxy is filled with love.

The light shines into every nook and cranny,

Every corner,

Every hidden alcove,

Deep down underground to the very core.

The light shows us what was hidden.

The saying to remember for this new phase in the history of the Earth is this,

All secrets will be revealed.

Repeat that in your mind,

All secrets will be revealed.

Humanity has been kept in the dark by those who wish to take control.

It was easy to mislead us because we were dwelling in a darker part of the galaxy and we were trusting.

We believed everyone was trustworthy.

We believed they were good people like us.

So presently,

There are many on the planet who are saying words,

Thinking thoughts,

And doing actions which do not benefit us.

Yet they have been led to believe it is beneficial.

So as the light pours onto the planet and reveals all,

We will see the truth,

The absolute truth,

The real reality.

We will no longer believe an idea simply because the media tells us,

Because our family tells us,

Because our friends tell us,

Those in authority positions tell us,

Or because everyone around us tells us.

We will simply know.

Everyone will know.

Everyone will see the truth.

In that moment,

There may be surprise,

Shock,

Upset,

But in that moment we will also find peace.

Peace in the knowing.

Finally knowing the truth.

No more bickering,

Arguing,

Finger pointing.

No more discrimination,

Prejudice,

Or distancing ourselves from others.

We unite together.

We forgive ourselves first of all.

This is the most important step for what we hold internally,

Reflects externally in the outer world around us.

We forgive ourselves.

Yes,

We were misled.

A wool pulled over our eyes.

Our bodies and minds were poisoned in order to prevent our full intuition coming alive.

We were prevented from wisdom flowing easily through our consciousness.

We forgive ourselves.

In the bright white loving light,

We see others around us and all that they have lived.

The vast majority of them we can forgive as well.

Each has their own story as to how and why they lived the life they lived.

We might even see their resonant lives that they lived.

Sometimes you hear these called past lives,

Even though time is not linear in truth.

What is magnificent about time all coexisting on the planes of time is that we can forgive the thoughts,

Words,

And actions of those and other lives in other areas on earth as well.

We can forgive others.

For those who we discover have fooled us the most in this lifetime and in other eras,

We will be able to see the method of their madness.

We can see the struggles they went through,

The way they themselves were misled and the purpose of their striving.

Perhaps some great warmongering leader had a fear of being controlled and we can see where that fear came from.

Perhaps some big business magnate who set about destroying his competitors had a fear of being destroyed or a fear of being seen as a failure or a fear of being seen as insignificant.

We will see and they will see that the only thing to fear is fear itself.

We are all sovereign beings,

Worthy,

Capable,

Valuable in our loving contribution to the world.

In days of old,

The word sin simply meant to be out of alignment with the creator.

It was not something to be ashamed of,

Simply something to note as needing correction,

Something for which we might need to make amends.

When we truly see and feel how each individual fell out of alignment with source creator,

We can find forgiveness in our hearts.

In a world filled with light,

There will be no lies,

For everyone can see the sin or the essence swirling in the mind even before it forms into a thought as being out of alignment with the love of source creator.

In this great wisdom,

No one will ever again be fooled into believing a lie.

No one will be fooled into taking an action,

Saying a word,

Or holding a thought that is out of alignment with the truth.

This will take some adjustment.

We might laugh at each other in our efforts to learn to live in a transparent way,

Where our sins are nipped in the bud before they form a thought,

Word,

Or action.

We will all need to support each other.

In this great wisdom,

The light continues to get brighter and more loving.

Our world changes to one of deep comprehension and compassion.

We are all caring of one another.

If someone has a struggle,

Everyone will band around to help them find a solution.

If someone is in need,

Everyone will reach out to provide what is needed.

In this great world of peace and knowing in the great light of the universe,

Our creativity sparks with a flare so exciting,

So magnificent,

The creativity that has been asleep for so very long awakens with a burst.

A creativity to invent new ways of making life more pleasant,

More useful,

More clean,

More joyful,

More musical and colourful,

More fun,

More beautiful and more abundant.

Nature springs to life,

For it too has been held in the dark.

In the great white loving light of the universe,

Nature fully blossoms into its full potential.

Such amazing colours,

Smells,

Such a delicious bounty of food and flowers.

Now mankind lives as part of nature,

Not fighting for superiority,

A fight that mankind will never win.

Nature is certainly there to support mankind and our relationship to nature is different now.

It is give and take.

And the agreement between mankind and nature delights all of the universe.

Finally,

Light has dawned on planet earth,

Not just a new era,

But an entirely new epoch.

Let us sleep on this vision as a place where we already live.

As we visualise it,

We create a new pathway.

As more of us focus on this new way of living in the light,

Which is inevitable,

We draw it to us in a powerful way.

We transverse across to the path of light with ease and grace.

We step onto that path of light quicker than we can possibly imagine.

Keep stepping now,

One step after another,

And after sleep as you awaken.

Live the life you have envisioned,

As you live in generosity,

Transparency,

And compassion for others.

You draw more and more people onto that pathway with you.

Breathe deep,

Relax,

And smile.

The path of light has been created.

The path of light and love is here.
