Sleep: Dream Of A New World

When the chaos of the world is keeping you awake at night, know that your worry does not help the situation. Relax as you go to sleep with this meditation to turn your focus towards the new world. Create the new world with your visions and emotions, for as they join with the visions and emotions of others on the same frequency as you, they create a stronger push towards the new world of peace and harmony becoming our reality.

Transcript

Welcome.

Let's first take some time to relax and quiet the mind.

Lift the focus from your tail up to your heart.

Deep breath in and breathe out.

Drop your focus down to your belly button.

Smile at your belly button.

This is what nurtured you in the womb.

Lifting your focus up to your third eye this time.

Deep breath in.

Give a little smile.

Open your mouth wide for a yawn and let it come of its own accord.

Breathe out.

Drop focus down a little lower than the belly button.

Hello belly belly.

Lovely.

One more breath in.

Open up for a yawn.

There it is.

And breathe out.

Drop back down to that same spot between belly button and pelvis.

Now your jaw is relaxed and stretch your head to one side,

Lying your ear down towards your shoulder.

And lift from the crown to be straight up again.

And then lie down to the other side now.

You can lift and lower your chin a little bit if this feels safe for you.

And lift back to the centre again.

Roll the shoulders a little.

And relax them down.

Use your hands now to stroke your upper arms slowly up and down.

Up and down.

Touch yourself and give a little smile.

Another yawn if it feels natural.

Just getting you nice and relaxed.

Now rub your hands up and down your arms just a little faster.

And then lift your hands and cover your eyes.

Just feel the warmth.

Stroke out to either side of your forehead and give your hairline a very gentle massage.

Let your thumbs rub in front of your ears and that little dent at the front.

And then roll your thumbs over the top of each ear right into the crease at the back.

And rub low in the dent at the back of the ears where the neck joins.

Now draw your hands down the sides of your neck until your fingers are on your sternum.

And down to your heart,

One hand over the other.

Lovely heart.

Lovely.

Now relax your arms down.

Breathe slow and deep from here forward.

Drop your focus back down to that space between your belly button and your pelvis.

Reach your focus inside now to the very centre,

To the core.

And then feel like you're going deeper and deeper.

Till you're focused on the tiny projector of your hologram body,

The tiniest speck of light.

From here your entire body is projected out.

And from here you can imagine your whole world projects out as well.

For what you create inside is reflected outside.

Parts of this world are a shared experience with others.

Other parts of this world are just for you,

Which can make your world different from the next.

Your mind is incredibly powerful.

And with this,

You can create worlds.

If the world you have lived in up to this point could do with some improvements,

Then let's dream up a world that's different,

With the intention of creating it for all humanity and those that do not yet know of their power to create.

A world where you can exist with ease and grace,

With peace and vitality.

When you create this image and feel good about it,

You connect with its frequency.

The more you tune yourself to the frequency,

The more energy you give to the likelihood and speed of it coming about.

There are people tuning in to this meditation on different days and different times.

Time is not linear,

But each time frame of the film,

For example,

Coexists on the same plane of existence altogether.

Let's set the intention that our meditation right now is joining forces with everyone else tuning in no matter what time.

Together we become a powerful force of co-creation.

We compound our energy together to make a better world.

And as we create it,

So it is.

So let's get started.

Let's look at our planet.

Gaia is ready for an upgrade.

See her resplendent in a new gown of blue,

Green and gold.

The clouds are white lace around the outside edge.

Her oceans,

Rivers and lakes are clean and clear and sparkling.

And this is her bling.

Filled with harmonious water creatures and plants and minerals,

The waters sing with joy,

Ionized,

Pure and filled with life.

When we drink these waters,

They flush any toxins away from our bodies.

They enliven every cell so we can feel young and playful again.

The plants on the ground grow bright and healthy so our world will become filled with lush vegetation in the water and on the earth.

A whole new range of colors shine forth.

We've never seen plants so vivacious and dense.

We allow Mother Nature to fill out the world with wonderful colors.

All manner of greens and golds,

Amber,

Many,

Many hues.

Magnificent trees that hold no boundaries and grow towering towards the sky.

Ferns and flaxes.

Deciduous trees that constantly change colors shed their leaves and start again.

New flowers we've never seen before,

So beautiful they bring tears to the eyes.

Their divine smells waft through the air,

Feeding the bees who make new flavors of delicate honey rich and clear.

Our children find their powers before us.

They teach us to use our intuition to understand things better.

How to find the truth in every situation.

How to tune to our surroundings and communicate with all.

They are friends with the enzymes of the world.

They ask the enzymes to break down unnecessary concrete,

Steel,

Pathways,

Fences,

Unoccupied buildings,

Shipwrecks at the bottom of the ocean floor.

The enzymes heat up the pollution,

Leaving our soils rich and full of nutrients,

Ready for planting.

All weapons gone.

All borders gone.

We use fragrant hedges now to define our geographical areas as needed.

Our children can manifest gold back into the earth.

Silver,

Copper,

Iron.

All the minerals,

Mother earth and joys dotted over and under her surfaces.

Nobody needs to mine them now,

For we have plenty,

We have enough,

And can create more when needed.

The animals roam free and live in harmony with us.

They find no reason to harm us,

And we have no reason to harm them either.

All live side by side.

With milder weather that controls itself once again,

Mother earth can balance herself.

Many move out from the cities and spread amongst the lush foliage.

There is plenty of room for each of us.

We can draw water to us wherever we choose to live.

We can draw it out of the ground,

Or we can create rain.

You can picture your own house in the shape and style that you want.

The house is in balance with the environment and the country where you want to reside.

Although the neighbors we share our space with might have originally come from many places,

They are in tune with this part of the world.

Each continent develops a rich culture,

Defined by its occupants,

As well as its ancient history.

It is proud to present unique music,

Art,

And resources.

Anyone who chooses to visit can now see our area is different from the next.

Each is beautiful in its own way,

Able to provide from its special resources to the rest of the world.

We take pride in providing for others.

Free from competition,

We balance our exports so there is no lack nor surplus.

Every area has everything it needs.

Even on our individual family homesteads,

The seeds or trees of fruit and vegetables alter the chemical makeup of their harvest to match the health needs of the residents.

We have free unlimited energy for our homes and vehicles.

Our health is better than it's ever been before.

We are in prime condition.

Look at us,

Our bodies atoned and strong,

Flexible,

Flawless.

Our minds are clear,

Happy,

Peaceful,

Alert but relaxed,

Perfectly zen,

And able to cope with busy periods as well as tune in to solutions as the challenges arise.

We are constantly connected to source.

We are constantly connected to the love in our hearts.

We experience and express many types of love,

Appreciating all around us.

And with time on our hands,

We can enjoy getting creative,

Getting innovative.

The productive output and progress in every part of arts and science accelerates at a massive pace.

Because the only ones working on a project or job are those who are passionate about it.

As life on Gaia is perfect,

Whole and complete,

There is always someone who is keen to do what is needed.

Freedom is what we have now.

And with freedom comes responsibility.

We know now that negative thought patterns damage our beautiful bodies and minds.

So we are quick to notice when we fall out of alignment and bring ourselves back to balance again.

With old style ego out of the way,

We can now govern ourselves and nominate those who are natural,

Wise and trustworthy leaders.

We can feel who is wise and listen to their advice.

There is no point telling lies for everyone can see through them now.

We are honest with ourselves as well.

All secrets are revealed.

Those that have been at war through many lifetimes agree to stop the game of revenge.

There is a mutual respect for rights and dignity of others.

And a playfulness so many of us had forgotten.

Play,

Be joyful,

Love,

Live and let live.

Our world and we humans have officially graduated to the new epoch,

The age of Aquarius.

New things to learn,

New senses of which to become aware.

What fun,

What relief,

What a celebration.

Truly heaven on earth.

And so it is.

Start living that life now and you draw it in quicker and more powerfully.
