Welcome,

My name is Annabelle and if you have trouble making decisions and trusting yourself this is the meditation for you.

I invite you to find a comfortable position with a straight back and start to focus on your breath.

Start to notice the sounds around you sound of my voice the birds in the background Can you hear your own breath?

What else can you hear?

Now start to focus on deepening your breath Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth Breathing deep into your belly Now taking the deepest breath you have all day and releasing Allowing your breathing to return to normal I want you to bring up a memory of the last time you trusted yourself and it worked out Maybe it was as simple as you tried a new cafe,

And it was nice You went on a walk,

And you ran into the right person at the right time Maybe there was something bigger Like you pushed for something at work,

And it all worked out perfectly Whatever it is Start to remember how it felt But you were right Not only that you were right that you had the courage to follow your intuition Now I want you to bring a memory To the forefront of your mind where You were right,

But you didn't have the courage to follow your intuition How you knew in your gut that?

You knew the way But maybe it was someone close to you who said they knew Maybe it was someone With more power Who said they knew best not to follow you?

Maybe it was your own self-doubt Whatever it is Just allow that to come up and think right now is there any way That if you went back You could have found the courage to speak up To defend your idea To make yourself be heard There may or there may not Both is okay And now I want you to think of a future situation Where you are by yourself?

And you're not sure what to do Maybe the decisions as easy as going left or right But when you are making a decision Breathing into your belly Listening to your gut and listening to your heart Giving yourself some deep breaths To give yourself space Allowing yourself to reconnect with the body Allowing yourself to distance yourself from your mind and your stories and Then making your decision from your heart space and from your heart center Now I invite you to place your hands on your heart And to take three deep breaths in in and out of your nose Knowing that you can always connect to this space To find your truth to tap into your intuition Now finding a moment of gratitude and love for yourself And when you are ready Opening your eyes Going through your day with love with kindness And tapped into your intuition
