Hi,
This is Anh.
This is a guided meditation to help you soften,
To have more capacity for what's next.
This is not about doing more.
This is about building the strength to hold what's already holding you.
So wherever you are,
Seated,
Lying down,
Eyes open or closed,
See if you can meet this moment with even more permission to relax.
Notice your in-breath as you inhale through your nose.
Notice your out-breath.
See if you can have a long exhale.
Inhale softly.
Notice your back body,
The way it gives support to hold you.
And it is being held by the surface underneath,
The ground,
Gravity and Mother Earth.
Steady,
Strong support,
Always here,
Always holding you.
So can you breathe into that support and can you allow even more softening,
Even more letting go.
For the next minute,
Allow this breath as a vehicle to carry your worries out of your body,
Out of your system.
Place them on the earth.
Compose them.
Your worries are being cared of.
What you release today will find the right timing.
As you release and breathe in this way,
Ask your body what would feel supportive right now?
What would feel supportive to move forward right now?
And just allow the answer to come.
Sometimes it comes in words,
Such as compassion,
Calm.
Sometimes it's a clear micro-need.
Just go with the first thing appear in your space and allow it to be the guiding intention for what's next.
Gently bring it back with your breath.
Carry it with your body,
Filling it in your body.
See if you can put one hand on your heart,
On your belly and say your intention out loud to yourself.

Carry this energy of presence and alignment in your next step.
