Let's begin by taking a nice,

Deep breath in through the nose,
And hold it for a moment,
And just letting it go slowly,
And again,
Slow,
Deep breath in,
And pause,
And letting it go slowly,
And one more time,
Slow,
Deep breath in,
Hold it,
And just letting everything go,
Now just let your breathing return to normal,
Just becoming present,
Becoming aware of the senses,
All the sounds around you,
The temperature,
Engaging your sense of touch,
So noticing the fabrics against your skin,
And where your body meets the earth,
Just scanning through from head to toe,
And noticing if you're holding any tension anywhere,
Now as you breathe naturally,
Just imagine that with every inhale,
You're drawing in calm,
And every exhale,
You're releasing everything that's been sitting heavy on your heart,
So breathing in calm,
And breathe out,
Release,
Breathing in calm,
Now start to imagine yourself stepping away from the rush of the day,
Visualize yourself,
You've found a hidden path that leads you to your very own sanctuary,
It's a quiet,
Tropical hideaway,
Made just for you,
Take a look around,
What can you see in there,
You notice the air feels warm against your skin,
You can hear the gentle rhythm of waves in the distance,
And the soft rustle of the palm trees swaying above,
As you slowly walk along,
Feeling the earth beneath your feet,
You notice a hammock ahead of you,
Tied between two sturdy palm trees,
It's like it's calling you,
So you slowly walk over,
And gently climb in,
Instantly you feel weightless,
As the hammock starts to rock from side to side,
Gently lulling you into a deeper sense of calm,
You notice every muscle starts to soften even more,
Your thoughts start to slow right down,
And the world starts to feel that little bit more simple again,
And as you gently rock side to side,
Feeling completely free and weightless,
Just bring your attention to your breath,
Gentle,
And if your thoughts drift in,
Just imagine they're like clouds floating past in the blue sky above,
You don't need to chase or fix them,
You just let them drift away slowly,
You notice that with every breath you start to feel lighter,
Clearer,
And more above filters through the trees,
And you can almost feel it warming your chest,
Right where your heart sits,
That's your calm centre,
The place within you that's always still,
No matter what's going on around you,
So breathe into that space now,
Let it expand with peace,
Warmth and gratitude,
You are completely safe,
You are more than enough,
And you are exactly where you're meant to be,
So take a final deep breath in,
And hold it,
Filling your body with that beautiful peaceful energy,
And as you exhale,
Just imagine sending that calm out into the world,
To everyone who really needs it today,
And when you're ready,
You can gently bring your awareness back to the room around you,
Wriggle your fingers and toes,
And as you open your eyes,
Carry this feeling of ease with you into the rest of your day.
