Once an ancient 12 step process- Hawaiian prayer. Originally for families, but now adapted for all people to assist in finding compassion, gratitude, honor, forgiveness, and love for others, and for self. The prayer, as it is written, "I'm sorry, Please forgive me, Thank you, I love you."

Set yourself up into a comfortable seat.

Take an exhale breath and sigh it out.

Now repeat with me the Ho'oponopono prayer.

This is an ancient Hawaiian prayer that literally means,

I'm sorry,

Please forgive me,

Thank you,

I love you.

Now let's continue to repeat this and then I want you to notice how you feel at the end.

I'm sorry,

Please forgive me,

Thank you,

I love you.

I'm sorry,

Please forgive me,

Thank you,

I love you.

I'm sorry,

Please forgive me,

Thank you,

I love you.

I'm sorry,

Please forgive me,

Thank you,

I love you.

I'm sorry,

Please forgive me,

Thank you,

I love you.

And now the last one.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

And so it is.
